It was an exceptional experience from the moment we entered the carpark where the vintage Rolls Royce was parked to the time we left our staycation. Spoke to Vivien over the phone informing that it was a surprise staycation for my mother’s birthday and indeed she did an amazing job in surprising us. The Maltby Suite, the balloons and other surprises were such lovely touch. Thank you Vivien and team. Upon checking in we were greeted by Adrian and he too went above and beyond his duties. Checking in was a breeze, anything that I asked of him including switching on the jacuzzi switch was always done with a smile. He took the initiative to deliver the breakfast menu personally to our suite so that my parents could conveniently choose their breakfast spread. Thank you Adrian for the impeccable service. Continue to give your best to other guests. The Maltby Suite provides a private and direct access to the pool since it is located right in the middle of the pool. The interior and space of the suite was perfect for our family. A quiet and classy hotel for those who loves to be away from the crowd. Children will love the direct access to the pool too. Since my parents were the only ones who stayed behind, they throughly enjoyed the personal attention given to them during breakfast by Jeffery and team. Thank you for the personalised attention given to my parents. All in all, it was such a memorable stay for us and especially my parents. I highly recommend The Barracks Hotel Sentosa to anyone who is seeking quiet, classy and personalised stay.

T’was a memorable stay at The Outpost Hotel. The checkin and checkout was smooth and fast. The staffs were great. Nearby to USS and other tourist spot in Sentosa Island. Also, the room was cozy and there’s nespresso machine and water heater. There’s a faucet safe for drinking using filtration system. Swimming pool also was great and they have swimming pool for kids. Highly recommended and definitely will book again.

Stayed here for one night staycation. Service was good. One of the swimming pool uncles offered us a baby float for my toddler. We didn't know these were available but thx uncle. Main gripe is that the room was really small, not so ideal if u are planning a staycation and want to just rest in room. Bathtub was also narrow. No coffee tea in room. That was a little unhospitable I feel. Bed was comfy.

Check in was a breeze.. it was really nice gesture from hotel to throw in additional breakfast for 1 child.. Room is big.. there’s a big bath tub for kids to play in … comes with mini bar .. nice touch .. it’s a short walk to attractions.. only thing is pool is kind of small..

So today is Singapore International day I am here at hotel ORA. I came here many times and today I met Rinny from concierge. She was very care person gave me warm welcome drink and did the best service to welcome us to seat at the lobby side. Such a wonderful moment together and the hotel ORA is beautiful the decoration is modern. Thank you Rinny to make my day full of happiness.

Cleaniness was good but saw some dust at the back of the TV and the jacuuzi headrest was worn out. Lock in the toilet of the suite room was also not working. Must note that the Hillview room had not much of a view. Can say no window view at all looking out which I was quite disappointed with. Toilet was very spacious. Shower facilties was great. Tv had no Netflix. Limited channels but there was internet in it. Facilities like swimming pool and gym was good. International breakfast was okok. Alot of the food was quite sweet or sweettend. The receptionist couldn't get the name as there was no name tag. One Indian and Chinese ladies were very friendly and had made the Checkin process smooth. They also patiently answered all my queries. Thanks ya.
