The room felt quite comfortable all day, at 28 square meters, and the price was reasonable. My dad took the kids swimming every day, and they really enjoyed it. The transportation was also convenient. We stayed for a total of 10 nights.
Nice location👍 You can walk to Clarke Quay, China town and the Marina bay sand, Not over 2.5 km. from hotel. The room is big in Singapore and it is very nice to have the windows. The breakfast is ok,not bad. We can only hear some voice when people speak and walk pass our room👍👍
Be careful when you put your food at the outdoor zone, a lot of birds will try to eat your food
The establishment is very accommodating. Request for early check in was granted . Location of the hotel is just a stone throw from Clarke Quay MRT .. with that . Travelling around the island is a breeze . Request for Room service was promptly met . Salute . The honesty of the house cleaning is to be decorated as our loss item was promptly informed n retrieved . All in all . This is a very satisfying experience for my stay . Salute the admin. Keep it up. Would recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. Yeah. The breakfast was fantastic .

Traveling to the Maldives with a layover in Singapore! Just a simple one-night stay! I've lived in Singapore for a few years, so I found all locations to be conveniently situated. The hotel had a high occupancy rate, probably due to its great value for money! The room had a loft apartment feel, and the size was decent. The attitude of a few female front desk staff members... well, the rest was fine.
Our experience for a short staycation was really great.Foodand service quality was superb.Room was excellent and the staff was very helpful from the bell boy up to housekeeping knows their role to make us have a pleasant stay .We had a good time together thanks to the hotel F&B team who implemented free breakfast below. 12 yrs old for the kids.We are looking forward to stay at other Holiday Inn hotels as this trip have been a memorable ones
I had a really great stay here! The location is seriously unbeatable — just a short walk to Clarke Quay MRT, and surrounded by so many food spots, cafes, and tourist attractions. I could walk to the river, Chinatown, and even Marina Bay if I felt like it.
The staff were super friendly, polite, and helpful. They made check-in smooth and were always smiling. The whole vibe felt very welcoming.
Highlights:
✔️ Top-tier location — food, sights, MRT all nearby
✔️ Staff were kind, professional, and respectful
✔️ Clean room, comfy bed
If you’re looking for a budget-friendly hotel in the heart of Singapore, this place checks all the boxes. Will definitely stay here again!
The best thing about the hotel is location. It’s very near to tourist point such as Chinatown, Clarke quay, Merlion park and so on. In front of the hotel, there are the mrt and the Clarke quay Central. Very convenient for going everywhere in Sg and find something to eat for bf and dinner.
The downside: The shower room and toilet is separate and there is only the curtain between shower zone and sleeping zone. If your roommate go to the toilet in the middle, the sound of the flush might be bother. Moreover there is a construction (july 2025) near the hotel. You might hear the sound of the construction some time.
The hotel boasts a stylish decor and is very clean. The room space is a bit small, and the 1.5-meter double bed felt a little cramped. Facilities are comprehensive, but the balcony room didn't really stand out; looking up felt more like being in an air shaft. Breakfast was delicious, with both Western and Chinese options available. I really think the hotel's surroundings are a major plus. It's right by the Singapore River, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars, making it super convenient for dining and drinks. There are also many apartment buildings nearby, so you see a lot of people exercising daily. It's not very close to the MRT, about a 10-minute walk, but the scenery along the way is definitely worth enjoying.
The room was spotless and very comfortable. My only minor issue was the lack of a power outlet in the bathroom for a hairdryer. After I brought this to the front desk's attention, Supervisor Joyce generously offered me their signature lobster laksa and a beer as compensation. The service was absolutely top-notch. While the Chinese staff were friendly, I'd suggest avoiding the Pakistani/Indian front desk staff during check-in, as I found them to be quite impolite.
The hotel was very clean and had a pleasant, welcoming scent throughout. It offers 24-hour access to a coffee machine and drinking water, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff were kind and helpful, always ready to support guests with any needs.
There are two lifts available, which made moving between floors quick and convenient.
The location is excellent—within walking distance to Boat Quay and Chinatown Point, with many restaurants and food centers nearby for convenient dining options.
The breakfast, while appreciated, was quite light and the same each day. It typically included sliced bread with butter and jam, fried rice or stir-fried noodles, scrambled eggs, spring rolls, a simple vegetable salad, and banana cake. A bit more variety would enhance the breakfast experience.

MMs. LynnI had a wonderful stay at KINN Habitat Singapore. The hotel is exceptionally clean and has a pleasant, refreshing scent throughout. Its location is excellent — close to many good restaurants, with a 7-Eleven just around the corner for added convenience.
The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The water pressure in the shower was great, and the shower head was one of the best I’ve experienced in this price range.
The lounge is one of the highlights — it offers a lovely view, comfortable seating, and a great working space. They even have a small collection of books you can borrow, which adds a cozy touch. Breakfast is simple but nice, with pastries and coffee served each morning. I especially appreciated the coffee machine with a variety of hot drink options and the free drinking water available anytime at the pantry on each floor — very thoughtful amenities.
The price isn’t the cheapest for a pod, but for the quality, comfort, and excellent service, it’s definitely worth it. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Singapore!
GGuest UserBluewaters Female-Only Hostel exceeded my expectations 😄 in terms of ambience and amenities.
I like the cosy and quirky environment, which reminds me of my grandma's place with the enclosed airwell and the layout in the lounge area for relaxation 🎶
The amenities include complimentary coffee ☕️ tea 🍵 water💧utensils, a fridge, a microwave oven and even a toaster oven (which is uncommon) 👍
Thank you for making my stay during the New Year's eve/New Year 2025 so memorable ! ✨️
Warmest Regards,

FFluffybunThe hotel is not new, but come with rather good room condition. It is near to Havelock mrt and many buses to other location in Singapore. Quiet place with good food choices nearby. I have to highlight the Chinese cleaner (young lady) was very friendly. It was really great to get some help from her on my first day of arrival. Such a kind person!
ZZhangerbaiThe room smells damp, but it is unavoidable in Singapore. The bedding is a bit yellow. The people staying here are very quiet and there is almost no sound. The bathroom shower is average and the sink is not very convenient. The location is very good and there is a shopping mall nearby, but it is not easy to find.
Ssabrina swandiIm a local absolutely love this place. U be surprise even with the bars below it be noisy. Well is it isn’t that bad. I slept like a log. Room was not stuffy at all. U can open the windows. Showers were very new even the water heater . Zero noise from other rooms. The bed thought firm. The ample big bed omg!! Made my sleep even better. The table is a good size. Lighting to do work was great. Aircon was in good condition. Toilet was super clean. They provide toiletries except for comb. Room was super clean. U need to download Goki app, this a contactless self check in property. Once downloaded u be able to receive a code with room number to unlock the automated door look of ur room. I attached a pic of my view from my room. U know ur smack in the middle of the Boat Quay district which is very convenient for foreigner and locals. 7 eleven was just opposite, anyways along the rood towards the bridge u see some eateries and cafe. So no issue with food needs.
Finding this place u need to find the unit 49 circular road and go up the stairs on the right side to level 3.
KKennThis place is good when you are on a tight budget, as SG is very expensive place. it's good for few days stay. If you are claustrophobic I dont recommend this place.
