Hotels in Orchard Road, Singapore

I recently stayed at Coliwoo Orchard, and it was a decent experience overall. The location is a major plus, right in the center of Orchard Road, which makes shopping and dining very convenient. However, while the room was clean and modern, I found it a bit smaller than I expected for the price. The staff were friendly but occasionally seemed overwhelmed during busy times, leading to longer wait times for services. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you prioritize location, but there are areas for improvement in service and room comfort.

We had an amazing experience at COMO Metropolitan. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed at the reception. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious — just what we needed for a relaxing break. There are complimentary fruits, snacks, and drinks in the room, all free of charge. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to start the day right. The location is convenient — right in the heart of Orchard Road, just beside Paragon Mall, making it perfect for shopping and dining. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended, and we’d definitely love to return!

My overall experience was great. The hotel is very bright and modern. Location wise is convenient as bus stop is just in front of the hotel itself and subway is only a few meters away making it accessible for everyone. Their deluxe room is also spacious. I would surely book with them again when I return to Singapore.

Good location with MrT station beside (7-11 located walk way in station). service staff are friendly and nice attitude. However it may be lack of manpower , seems like staff are multi task. Room have a mould smell but look clean. Wash ball, sea salt and shaver are given. (Some hotel may need to request for shaver). Service staff from dinning room Are friendly and clearing of plate are fast however breakfast are abit disappointed. Complimentary parking are given for guest who drive.

The hotel staff is very good, the location is very convenient, 2 minutes walk to Orchard Road MRT station, quiet location in the middle of the city, after staying in so many serviced apartments, I recommend this one the most

When I booked the room, it was on sale, and the price/performance ratio was very high. The room was small and had no windows. I felt it was a bit difficult for two people to stay in, but it was OK for one person. The room was quiet, and there was a refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine inside, but there was no washing powder, so you had to buy it yourself. The staff was also very nice and enthusiastic. It was about a seven or eight minute walk to the subway station. It was a two or three minute walk to the bus station. Opposite the subway station was the UE shopping mall, which had a supermarket inside, which was very convenient for shopping. Opposite the bus station were some food courts for eating. If you want more choices, you have to take a bus to other places. No one cleaned the room, and you could take the garbage downstairs and throw it in a green trash can at the gate every day. You also had to bring your own toiletries. There were slippers, but they were not of good quality. Overall, it was a relatively cost-effective place in Singapore.

Amazing stay at the Pan pacific hotel. The service staff are attentive and friendly. It would be great if they could provide external delivery items to room. The room is small in size but comfy. However, the water temperature was varying during the shower. Hopefully the team can look into this.

The room and bed size is OK but the setting is quite basic. There's only one couch and a small table. The bath room is also of good size but the ceiling mounted shower requires some repair (it keeps dripping while it's supposed to be shut). Guests need to take a walk on level 4 to change elevator, which is a bit inconvenient. This hotel is not very close to MRT stations (it's kind of in between two), bus stop is nearer though. Given the premium Orchard road location, It still offers fair value, but it could have been better maintained.

We were greeted with warm smiles from the minute we arrived at Jen Singapore Tanglin and the front desk personnel were so kind and generously upgraded our hotel room to a higher floor with a city view. We appreciate such gestures. The room was clean and cosy, even though there was an odd scent in the corridor that didn't bother us. For added hygiene, the toilet seat includes a little bidet beside it. The room beds are comfortable rather than hard the ones. It is located directly across from Orchard Boulevard Mrt (Brown line). Also, we can go straight to Tanglin Mall at level 2 from the hotel for a quick lunch or dinner. Tanglin Mall also includes a grocery store (CS Fresh). It's quite a walk to Orchard Road. It takes us roughly 10-20 minutes (depending on your speed) to walk to Orchard Road or the ION Mall area. If you don't mind walking, you can explore the restaurants and cafes in the around area. What actually defines this hotel, however, is its service. Every employee we encountered, from housekeeping to concierge, was genuinely friendly, helpful, and attentive. We wouldn't mind returning here again 😊

Their service is really awesome. At first the room I was given was infested with ants at the children's tent bed area and the toilet door was faulty. I went to the front desk to request to change a room as I won't be letting my child sleep at the bed. The front desk lady immediately changed a room for us. Breakfast spread was awesome as well. Overall a great experience.
