Hotel front desk so short handed, looks like this is a typical Singapore service these days. We were pissed off when we returned to pick up our luggage from the front desk and no one is available to release the bags but the grab car is waiting at the entrance. Location is very good. Lots of eateries and shopping malls nearby.

From the moment I checked in at Hilton Singapore Orchard, I knew this hotel aimed to impress—and largely, it succeeded. Perfectly sited in the heart of Orchard Road, it combines luxury, modern amenities and convenience into a stay that caters to both leisure and business travellers.

Best location, convenient for connecting several bus and subway lines. You can take a bus that runs directly to the airport. The room interior design was so chic and modern. Free complimentary ice-cream. Love the tea in the room (Monogram). The overall room was clean, but there were a few small bugs coming from the corner of the room everyday, which were a bit annoying.

Was in Singapore for a 2-night stay for a convention. The room was decently sized, clean and very comfortable. Was very happy to be back in the room after a long day. Plenty of convenient eateries nearby and on site. Only complaint was that there’s no bidet in the bathroom. Would otherwise have been perfect.

My friends and I had a one night staycation at this hotel. The check in process was a bit slow although there were not many guests checking in when we were there. My friend and I opted for the same room type but my friend's room (3 pax with extra bed) got delayed till 4.30pm while mine was ready first at 3pm. The rooms look fantastic though. We love that the path to the swimming pool was covered in greenery as we strolled in nature. However, all the neck massage water pipes were not working in the wellness pool so it was a disappointment. The swimming pool and its surroundings look great after the refurbishment. Overall, a good stay but needs more maintenance on the pool amenities.

Stayed for 5days with my family. Good location. The train station is literally just outside the hotel. Clean hotel clean room. So glad they were able to provide crib for my baby. Front desk staff were amazing. Friendly and always smiling. The only issue was the restaurant staff. They honestly need more training in terms of customer service. One female staff on the 2nd day of breakfast kept asking my husband for the key card 3 times knowing that my husband already had his wallet ready to provide the card. Must you ask 3 times. 1st day breakfast experience, the male staff at the egg counter was not friendly at all. No smiles no good morning. 2nd day till the last day of breakfast it was a female staff at the breakfast counter who was so rude and seemed unhappy to be there. No good morning no smiles as though the world owes her money. You’re working in a customer service setting, this isnt how you should act. Attitude like that ruins the morning mood. Good job with the uncle at the laksa counter though. He was always smiling and always saying goodmorning. Always speaking with the people coming by. Floor staffs were alright. The uncle and aunty stationed on the laksa aisle were great. Overall the stay was great. Restaurant staff just need more training.

Location : Around 10 minutes walk to the nearest MRT, hotel have shuttle bus every 30 minutes. However, there is no shopping mall nearby only some restaurants and a 7-11 Amenities : few flow of mini bar everyday, capsule and sachets coffee is provided. Shower gel smells good and all their amenities are sustainable Cleanliness : Housekeeping did a good job in maintaining the cleanliness however room is tired and need further maintenance Breakfast : Breakfast is lousy with no variety… Items was almost the same everyday… Most of the hot item are Indian food and vegetarian even though there is not many Indian guest. Staff friendliness : There is no concierge available. Front office staff was not helpful and only concentrate on their handphone. Coffee house is even worst. Kitchen staff are very rude. One of the staff pointing at the omelet signage and tell “ what do you want?” . Waiter collect the plates without even asking and just suddenly take it. Mr Muhammad from Fnb is the only staff that is polite and friendly. Facilities : Coffee house is too small as you have to share it with Mercure hotel. Hotel have a laundry room for self service laundry. Overall : Quite disappointing as Accor standard should be higher and better. Guest service training is definitely needed for this hotel.

Everything is perfect. First off, the location is near the centre of Orchard Road which you can shop, dine in within a min of walk. Second, the services are the best in many ways, like you are given a free coffee making by the robot which is quite impressive. The mini bar snacks are good to have it, and the staff refill the water many bottles, such a good one, and as well as the toilet amenities. Lastly, the view from the room is amazing. I can look through the walking streets in the centre.

If you’re looking for a place with lots of space and comfort, I highly recommend your York hotel. It’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at so far — spacious rooms, great atmosphere, and an overall wonderful experience.

Cute room with a great balcony. Ideal location if you’re looking to shop and only a short taxi or subway journey to the marina. Service was great, staff extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring that your needs are taken care of. It has a great outdoor pool with a mirrored ceiling which is pretty cool. We would most definitely stay again.
