I always look forward to coming to this hotel. As a Bonvoy Platinum Elite member, I appreciate the points of differentiation from the norm. The decor, the beds, the staff, and menu items inject a lovely "Serangoon House" identity. I love the breakfasts at this place, and the Exec lounge snacks are superb. Special shout out to Praba, Roy, and Isaac. Absolute top class ambassadors for both the hotel and the brand.

While I can't claim that the room was exceptionally large compared to many other hotel properties, it undeniably bestowed upon me the sense of royalty. The interior of this hotel is a masterpiece, and every detail within the room was meticulously curated. I was particularly enamored with the double-deck bed, the captivating wallpaper, and the indulgent rain shower. The evening canapés provided a delightful culinary journey; each room allowed to savor ten exquisite small bites, spanning both desserts and main courses, along with a selection of ten drinks. The hotel as a whole offers a plethora of Instagram-worthy moments. On a more specific note, I must commend Leslie (the Chinese gentleman, if i get the nsme right) from the restaurant. His professionalism stood out in stark contrast to some of the other staff members who, unfortunately, fell short in terms of helpfulness and wearing a smile. Leslie's exceptional service made a significant positive impact on our stay.
