Near suntec city. You can walk from hotel to 2 subway station. Free refill water in first floor.

Small compact room than expected, room slightly different design from the website photo. I have no idea why the twin beds must be put in the up and down position. It is quite troublesome when I need to go to the toilet at midnight, almost forgot the small staircase. Found a few hair in the bed sheet and bathroom. If you only look for a place to sleep, just go ahead to stay here.

Great location! Near Bugis mrt and lots of foods and shops nearby. Great stay overall!

Disappointing Stay Due to Booking and Service Issues I booked three rooms months in advance for a three-night stay, specifically requesting one room with a double bed and two with twin beds. However, at check-in, we were assigned all double bed rooms, and the front desk staff was unhelpful and dismissive when I asked for assistance with adjustments. This experience left a poor impression, and I would advise others to reconfirm their bookings before arrival and be cautious about the service quality here.

I booked this hotel because F1, all receptionist are very helpfull us about F1 details and call a taxi for us in emergency case due because we almost missed our return flight Tiny rooms but convenient, bed comfy and clean rooms. I and my husband will stay again next year because location is superb and I am very impressive about service mind of all staff. Thank you so much again

Decided on this hotel as it has its own private parking. Although limited to 2 or 3 spaces, still managed to park there the entire time. Front desk staff were very helpful in this aspect! They assisted to move the sign and to guide during parking. As seen in pics, please expect a room size which is barely enough to keep a large luggage. Otherwise, everything else was satisfactory.

Ibis was spotlessly clean and perfectly situated in the heart of the city, making it an excellent choice.

The service was really good, check-in was fast and easy. The room was well tidied and made with a small refrigerator :D
