We had a wonderful staycation at the Grand Pacific Hotel! It was a great getaway for my family and me. The hotel is in a fantastic spot, just a short walk away from popular shopping areas like Suntec and Raffles City. Our room was cozy and comfortable, even though the hotel is a bit older. There were a few small construction projects happening, but they didn’t bother us. Overall, we really enjoyed our time there!

The pillows were mouldy and pillow cases dirty. Have to change the pillow cases ourselves as there were no housekeeping staff around. (8am-8pm only). Location good .

Great Location, Smooth Stay
Stayed at Hotel Grand Pacific Singapore with my business partner and we were both very pleased. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Bugis Junction and Suntec Exhibition Centre, which made our trip super convenient. Comfortable rooms and helpful staff. Would stay again!

the worst is the recception`s attitude. very impatient. the staff are rude and bias. need more training. dont know if it is because the manpower charging expensive in singapore so that such a working attude still can survive.

Generally a pleasant stay except that the original request for 2 single beds was not able to fulfill due to the non availability of the beds and have to accommodate with a single queen size bed.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in at this level. Great location and good staff but definitely needs a refurbishment. Breakfast is great. The amenities do not work. My iron isn’t working. The gym is old. It’s just so bad and is not a 4 star hotel. The cleaner also threw my glad wrap away that I used to package my items and they just gave me two plastic bags.

old hotel but well maintained, old lift, one operating at night, a bit long wait, location is a bit far from the train, across the street there is a food court, next to the hotel there is a 7eleven
