I'm disappointed with my stay this time. Been here a few times but this time is the worst.
First room has TV which cannot work properly. I asked for change of room. Even after the techinician came, nothing improved.
TV in the second room was alright but the toilet has urine smell. I used the bidet spray to clean the shower area but still urine smell was there. So it must be in the toilet bowl area and the floor below the sink.
Time was already wasted since check in.
I could not even get my rest.
Then when i want to rest on the bed, there was stain on the pillow case.
I called hsekeeping and reception, no one answered
Only thing is good is Breakfast.

We stayed for a night for NYE. Good a room facing the fireworks. Location is good with plenty of shopping, cafes and restaurants.
Gym was ok. Only one treadmill. The water tank was empty and I called the receptionist thrice to top up the water but no one came....

Been here last year and the staff are perfectly friendly. This year is different from the previous year and I really don't like how the receptionist entertains us.
The administrator should take care of the windows. It seems like the windows are not being taken care of.
The food is the same. Super delicious and has plenty to offer. Keep this thing up.

The hotel room was nice and spacious. Location is perfect for a walk, shopping and many other amenities. There are many varieties of food. We had an enjoyable stay at Village Hotel Bugis.

The hotel stay was very nice and pleasant. We had a really relaxing stay. The cleanliness of the room was great and their staffs were friendly and welcoming. What I like the most was the location of the hotel as it was very convenient and accessible to popular tourist spot and cafes. The view from the room our room was nice as it overlook the city area. Will definitely come back again.

It was an old but well managed hotel.
Like most American hotels, there are few lights and it is quite dark at night.
The location is close to the train station, buses, and tourist attractions, so I think it is a well-located hotel.
