V Hotel Lavender

Good location and convenient transportation, easy to explore the city. The room is clean but the main problem was the air-conditioning. It makes a lot of noise and the switch doesn’t work, can’t change the temperature.

We booked this hotel for a concert trip because it is close to the stadium and MRT. Overall, the cleanliness was acceptable, and although the facilities are a bit dated, the staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

Perfect location, just right at Lavender Station so you don’t need to worry of getting wet when heavy rain. There are restaurants, convenient store and currency exchange nearby. Hotel is a bit weary but neat and clean. Overall it is a good choice and will recommend to others.

The location is very good and very close to the MRT. There are many shops near the hotel.

I kinda feeling disappointed with my experience with the hotel. First time booking this hotel and first time also through via trip.com. I was allocated with a room that is the closest to the lift and it was so noisy when people walk past every now and then. The room bathroom had foul smell, the fridge was full of durian smell when i opened them to put my drinks. Though there was a window for my room, but there was no view, the view was the wall of the hotel building. If I could remembered , the price that i paid for the room was not at its cheapest rate but it seem that I was being allocated with the worst room type. I could not comment at the staff service as I was at minimal interaction with them except when checking in and checking out. The Staff who helped me with the check in and check out is ok, but not a 4 star hotel service level as it should be. So I do not understand why this hotel has such high rating except for its good location where it is just outside the mrt station exit, centralised location and near to many shops and eating places. Last time I would book this hotel and maybe last time i will book through trip.com as well. This is because the room that I have booked using agoda and *********** is so much better.
