We brought our son to Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa Hotel for his birthday celebration. He had fun playing in the pool and indoor playground. But dinner choices are limited.

We were grateful to be on level 5, at the same level as the lobby and other accessibility. We were greeted with children's play tent in our room, which has already brought joy to our kids. Not to mention the swimming pools, indoor & outdoor activities (at Nestopia), our kids enjoy themselves so much. We really recommend families with small kids!

Amazing nature, convenient location, and delicious cuisine. The pool is warm, and everything is very clean! The staff is friendly, and all issues are resolved promptly. This is a very decent hotel!!!

Facilities and services are top-notch, room is a bit dated and the shower area has a weird smell. The toilet also failed to flush on the last day.

Staycayed here few times but first time thru Trip.com love it for school holiday short stay. Packed with kids activities including magician who goes around table during dinner. This round is for LO birthday. She is made to feel special throughout her stay. Thank you Shang. Thank you trip.com!

Great Hotel. Will definitely go back once in Singapore.
Very accessible to and from USS thru cable car.
Hotel also has service Bus to Vivo city, Palawan Beach and back.
Just need to know departure and pick-up time from lobby
Had the view of the Seafront and swimming pool from our 9th flr room which was perfect.
Loved the laksa for breakfast though other food was just the same. The usual as i may say.
Nice Gym, Bathtubs though they have no bidets!
