Had a great time there. Request for birthday special and they decorated the room, gifted us birthday cake & chocolates. Love the facilities & activities provided which are for both kids & adults. We are also very pleased with all the services rendered. Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa definitely has a superb team. They are all friendly & helpful!

The place is great especially the service and is very kid friendly. They even accommodated our request to have a simple birthday decoration when we checked in and even gave us a complimentary cake.

This is a perfect hotel, however, I don’t know why there is no room service by 3 pm. After I request the fresh tower still not taking away the old ones.

We had such a lovely time here! It was my little girl’s birthday, and the hotel surprised us with balloons in the room and a free cake such a sweet and thoughtful touch that made her day extra special. The place is really kids-friendly and so well thought out. My girls loved the warm pool, the beach with free kayak and sand toys, and especially the kids’ corner at the buffet. Both breakfast and dinner had so many varieties,they enjoyed every bite! The bus station is just a short 5-minute walk away, and it’s only 3 stops to USS, super convenient. We also had a great time riding bicycles along the beach. The room was comfy, clean, and peaceful , perfect for relaxing after a fun day. Special thanks to Haziq, Steven, and Kumar for being so kind and helpful throughout our stay. You really made us feel welcome. One small thing , my ring accidentally slipped off during the stay. Hopefully it can be found. 🙏🏻 Thank you Shangri-La for such a beautiful and memorable stay. My girls are already asking when we can come back again 💕

We enjoyed our stay very much.Check in staff was very friendly, the room was clean and big to cater 4paxes.The buffet breakfast had a wide range of food selections.The kid club staffs took care the kids very well, activities at the pool were fun and attracted the kids. Near a clean beach. We definitely will back again.

Amazing stay as always. This time we booked garden family king room and it has a balcony where kids can play outside and just few steps away from the kids club and spa. Room is spacious for us family of 4 and has two beds. We would like to highlight on the lifeguards at the pool, we know its their job to look after guests for safety but many times we have encounter they are being unfriendly and harsh towards guests especially to younger kids, one of many encounter - lifeguard do not need to shout at a young child when you are standing in front of them face to face, disgusting behaviour.

Lack of service staffs. With the price paid , not worth it to stay. Delayed check in by 2 hours and no one attend to the baggage services. The cleanliness around the pool area is horrible. Plus accompanied by Iguana.
