Was not the cleanest with rather poor soundproofing. Stayed in the basement that was alright. Room's aircon was not on when I reached which was strange.

Very accommodating..i told them that i’ve an infant hence requesting for a quiet and easy access room..they put in the effort to ensure a room with the requirements was available prior my check in..Friendly and helpful staffs..location is a prime; very near to halal eateries and bugis area
Definitely will stay in this hotel again if i were to explore bugis/ arab street area again

Stayed with my family, booked 2 rooms and we got placed in different buildings. I asked to change and no effort made, we stayed for 5 nights. Rooms are ok but too noisy if anyone is in the corridor.

Great stay, hassle-free check in with front desk (he went through the t&cs thoroughly). Like the accessibility and walking distance to many nearby amenities. Good sized room for couples. Room service was efficient and will always check if we are in the room.

Nice and cosy room that can house a family of 4 comfortably. Highlight would be the projection that provided entertain for the whole family during the night time

The location is far from the train, but the bus stop is close and you can walk to Bugis.
The rooms are in the basement, with no windows and thin walls.
You can hear everything: guests coming home at night, people talking in the hallway, doors opening, conversations in the room, the sound of the hair dryer, etc.
It is a very hard environment for those who want to sleep quietly.
Also, a plastic comb that I had used for about four years, which had been propped up in a cup with my toothbrush, was thrown away when I cleaned the room.
It was tattered and cheap, but I had used it for a long time, and I knew it was wrong to throw away a guest's personal belongings without permission. I was very shocked...
The staff was nice, friendly and helpful.
