Very good service from the staff and I got upgraded with lounge access and it's very good. There's high tea and evening canapés provided at the lounge at certain timing. Bf was also very good with huge spread. Overall a very pleasant stay.

It was my first time at Royal Plaza. I went with the family. We were at the club level but I feel that they could add things like a clock in the room. Just a suggestion. But I want to thank the hotel for the birthday cupcake!

Went on a weekend (Sat) and hence check-in was rather long (~30mins wait) especially during the peak check-in period at around 3pm. And the hotel did not have my reservation despite confirmation on Trip.com, so I had to wait another 30 mins. So that’s a bummer. Overall room was big and good, breakfast was average as it is halal. (May not be suitable for some) But location is really great.

The bed and room are incredibly comfy, offering a perfect place to unwind. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the MRT, with plenty of shopping malls and restaurants nearby, making everything so convenient. The hotel’s food is halal, which is a huge plus for Muslim travelers. The room rates are affordable, offering great value for the experience. On top of that, the toiletries provided are not only of good quality but also add a luxurious touch to the stay. Highly recommended for both comfort and convenience!

I enjoyed my stay at Royal Plaza on Scotts. It is a convenient location. The room is spacious and has powerful aircon. The hotel provided soft comfortable pillow. Quite a good spread of breakfast.

The hotel is very good location. It is bustling busy. there are many food and shopping just around the area. Room is spacious. Clean and neat. and the price i booked is really at very good deal. Will definitely book again if I would to be back Orchard Road.

Stayed here for my son’s birthday. Staffs are very welcoming and hospitable. The reception whom assist us named Mariz is very kind and very helpful as well as the room service they make sure our room is clean. It is very convenient to stay in this hotel where as near everywhere will book to this hotel again in the future

There was a blackout during my stay there and we had to wait for the technician to come. It was pitch dark suddenly. First time encountering this when staying in a hotel.

The hotel was overall clean and comfortable. The room itself was tidy, but the TV channels had some issues, with a few not working properly. The WiFi connection from the room was also a bit inconsistent, as the signal occasionally dropped. Otherwise, it was a decent stay.

I had a fantastic experience at Royal Plaza On Scotts. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The check-in process was seamless, and the front desk team was friendly and efficient.
The room was immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I particularly appreciated the luxurious bedding and variety of television channels.
The hotel's location was ideal, walking distance to any malls in Orchard Road.
What truly stood out was the attention to detail and personalized service. I was given a complimentary upgrade because the staff couldn't accommodate my request. The given room had a bath tub, beyond my expectation!
