Just like a solo staycation when feels like. Appreciate the staff allowing me to check in early.
Got a free upgrade to a suitroom. Very spacious room but is very far away from lift. Like the swimming pool.

The Hotel is decent, very good location. Metro Station is steps away and very easy to get a cab. Selection for breakfast can be improved. Near Raffles Center.

Been awhile since I am back to this hotel for the staycation and the experience was absolutely lovely from start to finish. A big shoutout to Santhi who was very helpful and courteous during the check-in process—it really set a positive tone for our stay.
At the club lounge, both Yamani and Balqis were incredibly attentive and made sure everything was perfect for my partner and me. They checked in on us regularly with warm and genuine hospitality. A special mention to Yamani, who went the extra mile by personally collecting a complimentary parking coupon for us after hearing that we had driven in. That thoughtful gesture was very much appreciated!
Overall, the service we received made our stay truly memorable. Kudos to the team for such exceptional hospitality!

A very good and strategically located hotel, with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. There are 3 different MRT stations nearby, with bus stop in front of the hotel, and a 7-11 next to the hotel. Staffs are helpful and amiable too. We will definitely book this hotel again in the future.

Perfect location, it’s so close to a subway station, there a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. The room was clean and quite equipped. Recommend and wanna come back

did a staycation for our birthday and we got upgraded to the suite. receptionist was friendly and enthusiastic (think it was an indian lady, forgot to catch her name). rooms were clean and comfortable.
amenities were well stocked and useful. housekeepers were friendly too.
had a pleasant staycation here and a great bday celebration :)
there’s a 7-11 less than a min away from the hotel and the mrt and bus stop is just right outside the hotel so really convenient for travelling and last minute buys :)

So good🤩by far the best hospitality. Good, well trained and mentality positive healthy staff, as a in house guest feel very good for the stay. So far only this place can saved singapore hospitality stay. The front desk who check me in are kind, cute and very respectful to guest. Unlike those got good review place but when you go there full of sarcasm like you owe them a living trying to make guest feel bad and full of hate and scheme to make you feel unwelcome. This place really saved back singapore reputation. This stay make me realize why certain hotel close down and yet here can open for more than a decade. Keep it up, and i am so grateful for the normal and mentality healthy staff

Had a upgrade and room was good less the aircon could have been better. Noisy and not cold enough. Especially on such a hot weather. As it’s an old hotel, can’t expect too much. Nice room, bed is good.
