Staffs were very friendly and helpful, from luggage handling to the message cards + in-room delivered cocktail set, as well as the lounge service

The room very smelly. Until my wife sleep with medical mask for the whole night. It is not smelly that we can change room, i dont know, the smell of mannyyy dustt, so stinkk. Maybe because the room is full of carpet. This is honest review from our deepest heart. Cannot breath. We thought we change room will effect nothing because it’s not because food smell etc , but the room smell itself, very dusty smell. Wont come back again for sure, for my lungs

Well Located, though that's pretty much it. Staff are friendly and helpful but it didn't give any 5 stars feeling maybe in the 90s as some areas of the hotel feels dated. Gym had zero machines and one bench so just time it right. Swimming pool was nice and good for family as only 1.2m, we didn't stay long enough to fully experience the hotels other offerings like local bar/restaurant. But for the price its great value. The room itself was bit small and the bathroom had only a shower and was very tight! No free water bottles provided by the hotel which is something standard I expect from a 5 star hotel. Overall I'd most probably try another hotel next time i stop by Singapore again.

Nice cozy room, had a wonderful stay here. Clean and spacious. Very comfortable. The staff was really friendly as well. Enjoyable.

Hotel was in a good location with lots of sights within a short walkable distance and is close to MRT stations on different lines. The bed was comfy and the pool area was nice with a reasonable sized pool. Some staff were not the friendliest but nothing too bad.
