nice location good price on that booking day...all went well and room is clean & neat

Hotel was good and the place is very near tiong bahru plaza. Would book it again.

Link hotel is located in a very convenient location part of Singapore, abt 10mins from town. You don't have to go far for interesting eateries and coffee as Tiong Bahru is a lovely district where we spent the whole afternoon exploring. As for the hotel, although it was relatively older, the staff more than made up for it with their excellent service and friendliness. The sheets were abit dirty, walls were not sound proof and the hot water shower became cold quite quickly. Amenities wise love the towels (thick and fluffy) but the soap and shampoo were sub-par (didn’t feel super clean after use) and only 1 small bottle each were provided. But, overall still a pleasant stay!

Nice hotel, nice and friendly staff. There is a rooftop bar and not a bad view. The only thing for a 4-star hotel. You can make walls beautiful walls.

Night shift staff was not friendly when I ask for additional blanket for my 84 years father . He was not feeling well and feel cold and can’t sleep , maybe due to long hours flights from Australia, So I call information/front desk/housekeeping but all no answered. I went to hotel lobby and ask for additional blanket from the Staff. The Staff was watching her smartphone when she response my question “ your room already have 2 single bed and 2 blanket, why you need additional blanket,we don’t have additional blanket , I told her “ Are you sure ? This is very basic requirement for additional blanket in hotel “ I was very surprised her replied . I told her my father feeling cold and need additional blanket, she also ask me to call another DID for blanket. I explained to her , no one answer the call., that’s why I come to the lobby and ask for blanket., she looks like very unwilling and not happy my request . Then she said once they have additional blanket and will call my room,.. finally 15min later another staff bring me a blanket to my room, thanks for another friendly staff who pass me blanket. I beg management to look into this “ small matters and request “ from a guest, if not , link hotel and Sinagpore hotel standard will be tarnished by poor service .

Hotel stay was decent and good food choices nearby. Cost of hotel was on the higher side, can consider other options in the heart of town for better overall value

Hotel was clean and service staff is friendly. Room was beautiful and clean . Thank you for the wonderful night stay .Will book Link hotel again when in Singapore.

Book a room during Taylor swift concert. Price mark up by more than 50%. However, it was acceptable. As it is near tiong bahru hawker

Got this place very last minute as my mum is transitting in Singapore for 15 hours. Overall, it's a very spacious room for Singapore, whatever you need feels like they won't have anything in the room yet they have. No picture coz we were very drained as we only touched down at midnight. I would actually stay here again if needed

I was lovely time. For one person my room was perfect. Very clean and cozy. But chair was little bit old with mold. Btw, thank you for your service.
