Very dirty rooms and no amenities don’t bother to go there it’s so disgusting the photos on the site are totally different from reality😭😭😭I was very disappointed the rooms are so cold the air conditioning only has strong cold air. I actually got sick because of the situation since I have asthma the windows are just taped they actually don’t open or close . There is no duvet or blanket it’s just a mere bedsheet used to cover yourself during sleep which I found really uncomfortable …I would totally not recommend anyone

The hotel is located in the red light district of Singapore, but it is not very noisy and it is very quiet at night. Eating nearby is very affordable and transportation is very convenient. You can go to all attractions by bus.And the service staff are Chinese and can speak English and Mandarin.The sanitary conditions of the hotel are quite good. Although the price is cheap, it is very clean. The only drawback is that the internet speed is not very good, making it difficult to watch videos.The picture I uploaded is of a chicken rice shop 500 meters away from the hotel, the price is cheap. White chicken rice is SGD 4, and adding rice is an extra 50 cents.

The Hotel is a 3 star rating. Smaller Rooms. Location is on the eastern fringe of the central region. Basic amenities, no Restaurant at Hotel. Food markets and restaurants are within walking distance.

The male staff is very jerky and disrespectful. I made a reservation for 2 of my friends, my first friend came to check in after 8 o'clock because I just left the house for a vacation, when I arrived at the hotel, this ******* staff said that my booking had been cancelled by the centre, I don't understand what is meant by the centre ?? Even though Trip.com did not cancel anything, and when I asked for proof of cancellation, this staff lied and couldn't show. My friend was kicked out of the hotel on the grounds that the room was full and was welcome to find another hotel. Arrived with my 2nd friend came, and this **** staff gave me a room to my friend, because he was already scared and guilty to email the order using my name, after that he was scared and finally told me that he didn't need to say much and he would give the room available right now, where my friend had been kicked out and walked a long way to find another hotel. Oh yes and don't forget he said that I kept being forced to cancel hotel reservations, he also said that he was not afraid of customer helpers like me. Wow he feels that he is like a rich man and insults migrant workers like us. I kept saying that he sold my friend's room to another customer who needed a room for only 2-4 hours at a high price, until when my friend came to check in he couldn't give me any room and asked me to cancel. I tried to call many times 5-9x to talk, but he always hung up the phone and didn't want to talk anything other than I had to cancel through online. Which money cannot be refunded. Well and until finally I discussed with Trip.com, angelo helped me a lot and gave me compensation in the form of Trip coin. It's better for you to teach your staff to be more polite and not to be rude enough to corrupt hotel money because of putting other people into the room that I have booked, so that it is easy to expel others to check in. I've been using trips for a long time, and often book hotels, and this kind of ******* has just happened. I really hate that Guy, he can Talk indonesian with java language . Make me shameless because we are from same country .

One of the most terrible hotel ever, since step in to the hotel the frint desk person has no standard. Price might be around $70 but I'm paying to stay. It's not a free stay. Toilet has cockroach, dust everywhere, toilet basin almost going to fall. Very noisey room, seriously needs better care and renovation. Not even worth it! Don't book thos place if you want to check out as soon as you came in.
