Very good and accommodating staff, location wise it’s the red light district as per the grab drivers that have dropped us off. Just for safety don’t go out alone at night. Room was nice and comfy. Potable tap water.

Very nice staff and accomodating. Nice and clean rooms. Location is very accessible. Near MRT and the mall.

A great hotel for concerts. I stayed here twice for two different concerts and it’s walkable to the stadium or two bus stop ride. It’s clean with a modern bathroom but the room given to me was nearest to the loft so I could hear the lift sounds constantly and sometimes saw baby cockroach which I just close one eye. Can easily hear guests walking and talking at the corridor so it may be a bit loud. It’s also close to public transportation (train and bus) so it’s a good location even not for concert.

Location is quite convenient to find foods. Room is small but clean and modern minimalist kind. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

We stayed in 801 for 3 nights, there was a continuous stink every time we came back to room. Smells like urine. We had to open the door to let that go. Except this all good.

The place isn't cramped at all, it's clean, and the staff is super helpful. They've got the basics covered with just a toothbrush/paste and soap/shampoo. It's conveniently close to several bus stops and not too far from Aljunied MRT station. Proximity to many eating places.
My only concern is that we can't open the window, raising the question of how we can get fresh air.

The location is a little bit far from downtown but the transportation is perfect you can go easily everywhere and affordable
The hotel has the basics , for a reasonable price is a great deal ☺️

Front desk service was great, the room was 'cozy', but all I really needed, location was close enough to Changi airport & within easy walking to restaurants!

Hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. However would not recommend for female travellers as there are alot of bars in the area, unless they prefer those kind of establishments. Did not feel safe walking around late in the afternoon to night time.

Quiet area. New hotel so very clean. With free pkg. good option if you are arriving so late fr airport and needed to leave after a night. Why waste money for a stay you are not able to maximize. Arrived 4am and check out at 11. Practical.
