Love staying here. From the hotel connecting to malls by walking, all the staffs are friendly and helpfull. The breakfast super wow, so many choices and the taste were great.

Exceptional Stay with Stunning Marina Bay Views
This hotel boasts an unbeatable location, and the room has breathtaking views of Marina Bay. Waking up to such a panorama was truly a highlight of our stay.
What truly set this experience apart was the outstanding staff. During check-in, we encountered an unexpected delay, likely due to a large number of arrivals. Despite the wait, the team, from the main reception to the club lounge, handled the situation with remarkable grace and professionalism. They went above and beyond to make us feel valued and comfortable, transforming what could have been a frustrating wait into a surprisingly pleasant start to our stay. Their friendliness and helpfulness were consistent throughout our visit.

First time staying. Everything perfect. Love the hotel, good services, and the breakfast is so good with alot of varieties. Really enjoy the stay and will return again for sure.

Attended this hotel for a wedding.
Staffs were okay, not the best but not too bad. Location is good, many malls nearby, linked to Marina Square and can walk to Suntec City and Millenia Walk.
However, room is a bit not user friendly in my opinion, tap too near the corner of the sink, hard to wash hands, water pressure quite low. Asked for 2 more bottles of water, was asked by housekeeping to refill myself using the filtered tap in the toilet.
Not the worst hotel, not the best either, for the price would not book here again.

Situated in an excellent location this hotel is right near all the major attractions of Singapore. The room was large and spacious with a great view. The staff were friendly and attentive however the one time we rang for something it did take quite a while to arrive. Apart from that everything was perfect.

Overall service is good except the front desk / reception is no so good experience. My check out experience was bad, I checked out at 7am, only 3 people in front of me were checking in, take forever to fill up the forms, unfortunately only 1 staff is on duty, there are 3-4 people queing behind me, we waited almost 20 mins. I did not expect to check out will take over 20 mins. They should have an express check out box to drop our room key for check out. My room was fully paid before check in. However, the room is clean and comfy.
