Location is great, Cleanliness is awesome. Yotel is one of the hotels I’ve felt comfortable due to the cleanliness and I’m a neat freak. I give 4stars for the service because I had very minimal interaction with the staff which I loved. 4stars for amenities too because everything is really compact- the pool, the gym, the rooms but I really enjoyed staying at Yotel.

The operator here is Mission Control. I called the Mission Control a few times on different hours of the day and nobody picked up the phone. I checked several times to make sure that I am dialling the right number in the directory. At the end, I just called the main line, and get to speak to someone via transfers. On the day of check out, I told the front counter staff and she said because they were busy.
On the night that I was there, at around 2+ am the building alarm rang for some time. Then there was announcement of people checking what happened, then announcement of false alarm. Gosh, there goes my night. I woke up and thought about quickly packing .
The room is very small. Standard room is just good for one person.
The only good thing about the hotel is the location. There is a bus 36 in front that goes directly to the airport

The hotel was small yet very clean and cozy. They don’t have the carpet floor which I like. It’s parquet type which makes it clean. The window is just beside the toilet which makes it not like a separate place from the room itself, so it will be less creepy. They were nice to gave donuts for my child’s bday as the staycation was for him. Location is good which is in the middle of orchard. Will go again next time! 🙂

Clean hotel and close proximity to all train station and shopping mall. Easy check in and check out . Prepaid online . No need credit card deposit.

We stayed in the triple room. Didn’t realised it’s a bunk bed on top until checking in. The room is smaller than expected but location is great. Buffet breakfast was very good and service is good too. The down side is the bathroom is can see shadow from the room when someone is bathing. If stay with friends will awkward .
