First impression of entering the hotel, dark and dull. The elevator is very old-fashioned, you have to keep pressing it to get to the destination floor. It turns out that the elevator's feasibility test has expired, the last date is 2023. The door to the room is difficult to unlock and in front of the room there is a bucket that collects water leaking from above. As soon as I entered the room, there was a damp smell and a faint smell of rubbish. The rooms look very different to those offered on the website. When you enter the bathroom, there is no tissue available and there is always a puddle of water on the bathroom floor even though the bathroom has not been used. The receptionist is rarely on standby at this hotel, so if there is a problem it is very difficult to complain. The second day at this hotel was still like a nightmare, because as soon as we returned to the hotel, mineral water was not added and the stench increased, apparently the stench came from previous guests' trash which was not thrown away. We found the trash when we opened the bottom cupboard drawer. Imagine how nauseous you would feel when you opened that cupboard drawer. The bed linen looked like it had never been changed from previous guests, because it still looked dirty. So our impression is that this hotel is very dirty, smelly, leaks everywhere, the staff is not friendly and there is no feeling of security during your stay. It is not recommended to stay here. What should have been a pleasant holiday, it became unpleasant to return to rest at this hotel at night.
