Very nice very comfortable hotel ever. Our departure flight was in the night and staff says we can use pool after check out until go to airport. That was very nice 😊

Even if you are used to stay in nice hotels, you can enjoy this hotel. Not only the rooms and a swimming pool but also staffs here are really wonderful. I love hospitality of the staffs here.

I want to sincerely thank Ping Ping at Marina Bay Sands for making our anniversary truly special. Her warm and attentive service during check-in set the tone for a memorable stay. She went above and beyond by providing detailed directions to Chijmes and other attractions, which made our experience even better. Thanks to her, we were able to enjoy our anniversary without any worries. Ping Ping’s exceptional service is a big reason why our stay was so wonderful!

Overall was really good! The view and the equipments are surely wonderful. But there’s a flaw that really upsets me:( we went to the Rise Restaurant for breakfast at 9:30, but we waited for approximately 30 minutes in line, it was fine to wait because it’s spring break. After we get into the restaurant and have some fruits, the restaurant started to clean all the food at 10:00, which we just get into the restaurant. (there are some food left at the bar but with NO tableware)
If the kitchen has their standard time to clean shouldn’t the staff told us…? They just let us in and started to clean all the food…which cost us SGD127.4 for breakfast and we ate NOTHING!
