Even if you are used to stay in nice hotels, you can enjoy this hotel. Not only the rooms and a swimming pool but also staffs here are really wonderful. I love hospitality of the staffs here.

I want to sincerely thank Ping Ping at Marina Bay Sands for making our anniversary truly special. Her warm and attentive service during check-in set the tone for a memorable stay. She went above and beyond by providing detailed directions to Chijmes and other attractions, which made our experience even better. Thanks to her, we were able to enjoy our anniversary without any worries. Ping Ping’s exceptional service is a big reason why our stay was so wonderful!

Service is very good, the only downside was that room was not ready at 3pm. It was ready at around 4:20pm during time of check-in. Other than that, everything else is perfect.

the room is tidy but just look a little smaller than the actual size, but good thing is the butler is giving us free upgrade. food served at the Paiza lounge very premium and nice presentation
