Even if you are used to stay in nice hotels, you can enjoy this hotel. Not only the rooms and a swimming pool but also staffs here are really wonderful. I love hospitality of the staffs here.

I want to sincerely thank Ping Ping at Marina Bay Sands for making our anniversary truly special. Her warm and attentive service during check-in set the tone for a memorable stay. She went above and beyond by providing detailed directions to Chijmes and other attractions, which made our experience even better. Thanks to her, we were able to enjoy our anniversary without any worries. Ping Ping’s exceptional service is a big reason why our stay was so wonderful!

First time to experience such a luxurious stay and it will probably be the best stay ever. Trying to save money while working in Sg in order to experience staying in MBS. Thank you for the wonderful staffs, they even provided us bonus access to the infinity pool which we enjoyed so much. Will definitely book again in the future. Work hard self ☺️

This is my 3rd time staying in MBS, perfect location for shopping, walking to Garden by the Bay, Merlion and many more.

Receptionist Aria gave us a warm welcome which really refreshed us after a long flight. She is so kind, considerate and sweat which makes MBS a must-try hotel in Singapore. Icon building in Marina Bay area. Usually long queue for breakfast though especially if you get up late but food is fantastic.
