I was not expecting this kind of service and condition of the room at lest in Singapore.
At first the was allocated to me Aircon was not working even after complained twice they said I should not change the settings and let it run for few hours. Even after 3 hours use no chance. Then at night, I asked the staff to come check if they spend 10 minutes and finally changed the room.
Secondly, small cockroaches 🪳 suddenly appears in the room.
Furthermore, I booked this room for my study and online exam I requested for better internet 🛜 connection. Unfortunately, the internet keep dropping and I was not able to take my exams until I connect my Hot spot. Hence, please mindful.

The room and stay is OK for a short 3day trip.
Just using the hotel room for sleeping at night, during the day is always out since it's travel/ vacation time to explore the city.
