Staff not very friendly upon checking in. Waiting time too long due to one staff only. Bathroom look very old.

Location wise,its very good. Room a bit small for 3 Pax. There is bed bugs.The next day we woke up,i have itchy skin same as my room mate.

The location is very convenient as it is near to MRT. But the buffet breakfast is pathetic. They shouldnt have offer buffet breakfast with the spread they have there (boiled eggs, grilled potatoes and meatball). The toilet also with stain and cleanliness is not that good. Good thing, I only stay for 1 day. Guess this is the quality of budget hotel in SG.

The rooms are connected together, it is good if you travel with friends in the other room. But don’t worry the door can be closed from your room. There are plugs for Thai’s charger 😊 They clean the room everyday if you ask them. Overall I like this place, worth for the price.

Besides a general "tiredness" of all installations, we were particularly dissatisfied with the breakfast. Styrofoam plates and cutlery, about 3 food items to choose from, in a cramped space. "Only 1 coffee" was declared.

I give the location the best for this hotel because there are many restaurants and shop nearby and the train also in front of it

Breakfast worse than outside and still charge so expensive and room so worse, hope they can upgrade the room

The hotel is a bit old but it is still clean and nice. For a budget that’s not too high, this is good!

The location and the hotel receptionists would be the only aspect I adored about this hotel, The worst thing would be the breakfast buffet provided, food was really the worst ever served anywhere in the world, couldn’t even stomach any of of the food even the boiled eggs didn’t taste fresh. Decided to leave my food and headed out for breakfast outside. The room was okay to sleep for 1 night as we only transit and needed somewhere to sleep. Old building and not so clean. Not much space but that is expected already for hotel rooms in singapore.

The hotel rooms are okay, but the hotel facilities need renovation for istance the elevator is too slow and shacky!

The welcoming was awful, tho we had to wait for the room ready but the Receptionist wasn't nice. Towels awesome, Housekeeping done GREAT job!! Please refurnish the hotel tho established frm. 1968.

The night shift reception was very bad attitude. I request extra pillow and she tell me CANNOT as housekeeping already knock off cannot give me must wait for next day morning. The hotel is 24 hours how can the girl tell me this reason or excuse? When I back to room, she call n tell me can give me extra pillow, but when she give me the pillowcase is torn and the attitude still no good. The room was no enough clean. Disappointed with this hotel

Central location, convenience for public transport. Perhaps that is old building, it's below my expectation. I think it's still okay for 1-2 days trip and just for rest.

Perfect location small hotel in the heart of Bencoolen., Just right in front of Bencoolen station. There are few bus stops 5 mins walking from the hotel that can take you anywhere. It's also very close to Bugis Junction, Bugis street and Albert food park, very convenient location. The staff very friendly and helpfull. There is very little swimming pool and tiny gym (with just 2 treadmills) on second floor., It's adequate enough to cool you down from Singapore heat. The hotel rate come with breakfast but we didn't use it because we wanted to try all the Singaporean hawker style breakfast. Really enjoyed our stay and definitely will come back if we visit Singapore again.
