The service is very good & friendly. We had a good time staying here. We arrived at Singapore at 10am and able to check in early. Recommended.

The hotel is very close to the metro. The first night was not comfortable. I changed to a deluxe twon room and it was better. The interior is old. I asked for a chair so that I can work in the room. The reception told me that they cannot provide a chair!
In the last night, the wifi of the hotel wasnot working.

I got a room on the 7th floor. The room is simple and the interior is old. The platform of the room is full of mold and the room smell bad. I need to cover my nose when sleeping. Next day I change the room.

The location is very nice just a few step to MRT Bencoolen Downtown line . There are a few minimart nearby as well, easy to go to Bugis MRT by 5-10 minutes walk. Hotel room is so clean,nice.

The service is okie but the hotel is quite old alr.
The reason I booked this hotel for parents is just becos it’s v convenient and location v central area in downtown but the cleanliness is quite a big problem.

Hope they improve their breakfast. One time it was a boiled egg with tomato sauce and fried rice but they just put dried fish and it was mushy. Then toasted bread with jams.

The service & location are the best thing here, the staffs are very friendly and very supportive. By the way, the room is not quite clean (many ants on the bed, wet floor from the old air-cons and mold in the bathroom). If they improve/renovate I might be back here because of the service mind of staff & its location.

Best location. Take exit A from MRT bencoolen with a lift to hotel. Room is good and clean but not much sound-proof so you might hear next room sometimes. Staff are nice and helpful.
