The reception (The Filipino Lady receptionist) was so accomodating. She even go walk with us to Carpark since we donβt know it . With that attitude and effort you will see how Passionate the person is with her job.
If I can give a 100 star for this Hotel then I will, please have her recognize for her WORK PERFORMANCE. I donβt know the Philippine Lady receptionist, but she make our entire stay here safe and Secure β€οΈ

I had a great stay at Value Hotel Balestier ! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The best part was the convenience β there's a bus station right in front of the hotel, which made it super easy to get around.

It was convenient as it was really close to the bus stop and train station. There are plenty of restaurants and convenient stores.. travelling around was easy, and the staff were extremely responsive and helpful. Even offer us a discount if we ever book with them again!

Although the value hotel balestier is not near to mrt station but there is a bus stop in front of the hotel connect direct to Chinatown,Bugis,Orchard,zoo ,esplanades and etc.room is very small but clean and air conditioner is function well and cold.service is very good and they do refind the mineral water when asking.Staffs are friendly and helpful. good stay here and room rate is cheap

Their staff were so friendly and helpful. Itβs easy and near tourist locations. There is MRT bus station in front. There is shop right in front of the hotel and restaurants are around it also. It worth the money paid for.

I had a comfortable and pleasant one-night stay at Value Hotel Balestier. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing all the basic amenities I needed for a short visit. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby eateries. The staff especially Fazri were friendly and accommodating, making my stay hassle-free. Overall, a great value for money option for a quick stay in Singapore.
