The hotel is not new, but come with rather good room condition. It is near to Havelock mrt and many buses to other location in Singapore. Quiet place with good food choices nearby. I have to highlight the Chinese cleaner (young lady) was very friendly. It was really great to get some help from her on my first day of arrival. Such a kind person!

The noise throughout the night hearing people using the bathroom is really disturbing. I would not recommend this property.

Staff attitude is nice, room space is relatively large, everything else is unsatisfactory (I’m already refraining myself ).

The hotel is clean and room is spacious. Staffs are friendly. About 7mins walk from Havelock mrt and Tiong Bharu market is only few mins walk away.

The staff are very helpful and accommodating. The hotel provided complimentary snacks and drinks at the lobby for the guests. There are massage chairs which are also great addition to the overall experience. Thank you!
