It was a great stay. The swimming pool was great, customer service was great, the view was beautiful. It was really a pleasant stay for our family. The only minus point is that there is no bidet :( To me, it’s really important for a hotel to have a bidet. That’s the only minus point. Overall, amazing stay ✨

Smooth check in by front desk even ask any special
Occasion of staying in. Room size is spacious with great pool view. Breakfast are decent even have boat noodle. They do provide free shuttle bus, but service end at evening to nearest mall (Changi city point). Water pressure for shower are on weak side .
Overall we will visit again as we love the pool.

The stay at Dusit Thani Laguna was fabulous. It’s our 2nd time staying there and everything is still as good and nice. Room is clean, service is great especially Chester who cater to all our needs during our stay. We will be back again!

Generally a pleasant stay. Room was well equipped. Managed to make use of the gym which was not too crowded on a sunday morning. Buffet breakfast was a highlight. Thanks to restaurant staff who managed to serve a small cake for my partner's birthday upon last minute request during breakfast hours.

Great service. Our daughter hit the pool wall, and hurt near her eye lid and nose. Hotel staff followed up closely on her injury, and sent her cake and sweets. Water pressure is weak for showering. Restaurants do not serve ice water which we understand. We just wanted to quench our thirst before we ordered our food and drinks. Overall, it was a great stay.

Truly a stunning breakfast buffet!
The staff in the lobby are also incredibly courteous and helpful.
The pool is wonderful, we were allowed to continue to use it after checkout due to a late departure and then shower in the gym area. Great, thank you!
The only thing I didn't like was the extremely infrequent shuttle from the airport. The last one leaves at 6:45am and there are only 6 trips during the day. Before, in between and after that you are forced to take a Grab, whose drivers are not particularly happy about the short journey.
We had chosen this hotel to spend a two-night stopover in Singapore. For this purpose, this hotel is really recommended, as it offers everything you need to relax, it is close to the airport, and you can take cheaper grabs into the city (as you leave all your luggage at the hotel).
For this purpose, however, I would expect a much busier airport shuttle. But maybe such guests are simply not the target of this hotel.

Surrounded by a golf course and proximity to airport did not make it noisy. Excellent pool and very helpful front desk. Came here as a family and getting around by Grab made location away from town easy to handle.
