Very much secured with a safety box in the room. Sudden request to change the room from upper bed to lower was done quite swiftly. Above all, its location was perfect for me to reach every direction including airport by MRT. Happened to join the party next to hotel. it was a kind of nice surprise. Will take this hotel again by next chance. Thnx!

Rooms should have a bigger bed and the Aircon tends to auto switch to a higher temperature at times which could be a hassle.

Great location close to Maxwell Hawker, Fairprice, Korean & Japanese restaurants...Clean & tidy, instant support from Team. It will be great if the room has mini fridge in room.

Really most terrible experience with this hotel. 5 meters near hotel construction and very noise. Also at night time a lot of drink people scream loudly all night. After 1 night ask the hotel for check out and return money, but they say NO. Why????? loss of money 🤦🏻♂️ Let's talk about the hotel: 1. The room is small, but they don't hide that. My bed was on a loft under the ceiling, which is not very convenient and, more importantly, stuffy to sleep in. Additionally, at 176 cm tall, I couldn't fully stretch my legs. The pillows were so bad and cheap that I don't even know where they could have bought such ones. The room entrance is through Bluetooth on your phone, but it never worked, so I had to enter a 9-digit code instead. What if the phone runs out of battery? There is no staff anywhere, just a tablet downstairs. 2. Shared toilets and showers: The toilet door opens inward, and once you enter, you need to press right up against the toilet to close it. Plus, the toilet stalls are always dirty. 3. In the showers, there's only one hook for a towel, so what are you supposed to do with your clothes? Also, the women's showers are on the second floor, and the men's are on the third, which is very inconvenient.

I booked a room with a private bathroom and had a pleasant stay. The self-check-in process was smooth, thanks to the assistance of the friendly staff. Although the room was small, it was well equipped, and the bathroom, though quite small, was functional. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-8 minute walk to the MRT at Tanjong Pagar station. Their service is top-notch, even without a 24-hour front desk. I had an issue with the shower head and contacted customer service via WhatsApp. The midnight shift staff promptly came to my room to try and fix it. When it turned out to be beyond her reach, she offered to change my room. Since I was checking out the next day, I chose to stay in the same room. Early the next morning, they brought a worker to replace the shower head with a new one, just to ensure I could enjoy my shower before checking out. Thumbs up for their exceptional service!

The room was kind of small but it’s ok to spend 3 days in China town. I personally like the shower room even we shared with other neighbors but it was literally clean and comfortable. And Walking to the Maxwell station would take just 4-5 mins.

Got an upper bunk room for 2 nights and enjoyed my stay! Room was small but clean, and the switch controls are strategically placed near the bed. Layout was ergonomically designed. Walls might be thin but it wasn't peak period so I wasn't affected. There was construction but I was out the whole day so there wasn't noise pollution. Clean and spacious bathrooms with multiple stalls reserved for women was a big plus! Soap dispensers were constantly filled, but I wish the bidet worked. Location is amazing, with 2 train stops nearby serving different lines, easy to get around the city. Plenty of food options nearby and Maxwell Hawker Center is amazing for breakfast. Highly recommended stay here when you're visiting, especially as a solo female traveller! Great value, good safety features, easy check in.

Pleasant stay for solo travelers. Place is relatively clean & delighted to encounter those Dyson Hairdryers in the common areas. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

I've stayed a few times in the hostel. The location is great, close to three metro stations and Maxwell center for food. Front desk is always helpful with check in. Some of the ceilings in the showers need some tlc but everything is clean and works nicely.

There is quite clean and quiet, the disadvantage is no staff service you after midnight
