Great Hotel, Great Location, Amenities and Service. As well as the breakfast served, simple and No Pork No Lard Breakfast. (Menu: Eggs, Hashbrowns, Assorted Breads, Fried Rice)

Great hotel for staycation as its located in Funan mall as well as a few more nearby malls. We enjoy shopping for Christmas & endless choice of food at the malls. Would definately return for future trips.

Great location, good service and spacious room. While it would be better if the hotel can change the towers everyday.

Room is clean and spacious. Very convenient to get around. Free morning alarm as early as 6am from right opposite the building to kick-start your day early. Overall the stay is still enjoyable hehe thank u

Room: very small with limited space Toilet: both the bathing and toilet bowl are together and not separated. When you bath, the floor will be wet and your partner needs to endure the slippery floor. When you're doing you big business, the toilet door literally touch your knee when it's push open. TV: there's a tv with no access to local programs and no access to Netflix. Called up the front desk and the staff said "you should be happy, other floors do not have a tv. Only afew floors have tv in the room. The staff further mentioned that the tv is meant for mirror image viewing purpose from the HP". RIDICULOUS REASON. Breakfast: stated on Trip.com website that breakfast was provided by the hotel but upon check-in was told that there is no breakfast provided on Saturdays & Sundays (only provided from Mon to Friday). Called up Trip.com and the way the staff converse makes you think that you are at fault. She said that there is a drop down box on your confirmation booking page and you need to click on it. I told her that 1) your trip.com website state breakfast included clearly (that's why I chose this hotel) 2) didn't state at all that no breakfast was provided on weekends at your own webpage trip.com ) the booking page state that breakfast was provided for 2. The drop down box that you need to click in was below and nobody would click inside. 3) Speechless with this type of reply and conversation from your trip.com staff!! 4) lastly, I mentioned that it seems like your guest only need to eat breakfast on weekdays and go on a fasting mode on weekends!! A nice hotel with a laundry room, co-working space, and nice little rooms. The rooms have very intelligent space management. So even with a small room you get quite some space. The service staff was very helpful. The hotel is situated inside a shopping mall that is connected underground to MRT and some other malls. This is very convenient during heavy rains or high temperatures 😊

The whotel is minimal with cozy feeling and located on top of the shopping mall. You can find foods and supermarket here as well. Also, its located near to Capitol Theater where the event is held.
