I love the fact that they have a playground & swimming pool for kids & a place for bbqs. Housekeeping is prompt. Will probably considering this place again to host bbq & small gatherings.

It was a nice 4 nights stay. The location was good, the staffs were really accommodating and helpful. All the request were thoroughly handled well. I just hope that after staying for 4 nights there might be a discount? Or lesser price to extend another day. Paying for the price you must give a little bit more service like asking if we need to change towels, asking for coffee refills, maybe extra sugar or milk to use for the coffee and tea? Some basic condiments if you would like to cook. Or maybe some entertainment like netflix would be great. Also it would be great if there is a directory for the phone.

I come back every month. It's very convenient. There are many places to eat around. There is also a night market with many fruits and local food. There is also a swimming pool, but it is relatively small. Everything else is good.

The hotel was nice and appeared clean, with well-maintained rooms and a comfortable atmosphere. However, we were disappointed to find three cockroaches in our room at night—one of which even came out of the air ventilator. We managed to kill one, but it was still an unsettling experience.
While the hotel does a good job with cleanliness on the surface, pest control seems to be an issue that needs immediate attention. If this is resolved, it could be a great place to stay.

Comfortable, big and clean rooms. Service rendered was great too. I was lucky to be given a high floor unit, hence, I enjoyed a good view of the Novena area. Given a chance, I’ll be back to stay.

Second time staying at Citadines Balestier, checking in was quick, got a high floor with a room view as per request. Room is clean & it was a smooth stay, will definitely recommend others & come back for another stay.
