The staff are very accommodating, friendly and courteous. They are all smiling when attending to our needs.

This is simply a 'functional' accomodation. Location not convenient. Property frontage and ground floor - not "inviting". Not much to say about it except for its pool and a nice albeit small clean room. Housekeeping is prompt and attentive...always ready to serve, to please... Apart from the warm welcome by a friendly reception upon check-in - the counter staff weren't helpful nor approachable during the rest of my seven days stay - they were stoned face and offer no general courtesy (ie no greetings or smiles each time we went out or got back) - the man in dark suit in particular crudely interjected with his reply when I made a request with a counter staff. Upon check-out the person attending me had continuous chit-chat with his colleague whilst I waited patiently right in front of them. Zero courtesy !! I suppose such service standards are expected from an average hotel !! The front line can do better.

As a solo traveler, I had a great experience at ibis Styles Singapore on Macpherson! The hotel is modern, clean, and offers excellent amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location made it easy to explore the city with great transport links nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Singapore!

Good and comfortable. Everything works smoothly. The bed is very soft. Crowded a bit. Breakfast is not many choice. But acceptable.

I recently stayed at ibis Styles Macpherson for a business trip and wanted to share my experience. While the hotel has its strengths, there are several areas that could use improvement. First, the location wasn't particularly convenient for my needs, as the nearby shopping mall appears to be out of service, leaving only a petrol station convenience store within walking distance. This made it challenging to find dining and shopping options. The room design was interesting, with the sink located next to the bed, which was quite unusual. I appreciated the room placement on a higher floor, offering a nice open view. However, I did encounter some cleanliness issues; the bedsheets had stains, and the shower only provided a 2-in-1 shampoo and body wash. Additionally, the water jars provided were insufficient, and I noticed that the lids were not well-maintained. While the reception team was very helpful and accommodating, my room was cleaned only once during my four-day stay. It would also be a great idea for the hotel to advertise the safety of tap water in Singapore to guests, perhaps by placing a sticker in the bathroom. Overall, my experience was decent but not as expected based on the 4-star rating advertised on trip.com, which is actually a 3-star. I hope my feedback is helpful for future guests and the hotel’s improvement.

Bathroom had mold. Cleaning is done every 2 days and towels are not offered to changed. Restaurant food wasn't that great. Aside that great location. Excellent service at front desk.
