The Receptionist is kind and polite she put us on the room that have a nice view and the room attendant is assisting us well. He always clean our room. The hotel boss is very convenient to us as a traveller. Accesible to MRT station

Everything was good except lack of necessity inside the room even booking higher tier room like premier room with balcony. Lack of writing material, sleeping suite, no disposal comb etc...

Terrible terrible service. Worst people I’ve ever encountered at any front desk. Horrible attitudes. Hope this hotel goes bankrupt.

Good price for staying and 5 mins walkable distance from Lavender. Even-though room is just enough for staying not that spacious. Convenient for many food stalls and attractions areas such as Haji lane, arab street and Bugis. Overall, it is one of the good options.

Morning breakfast terrible.. hotel arranged few hundreds of guests having breakfast in small restaurants? No tables to sit? Food empty? How to enjoy u breakfast? Room are smaller then geylang hotel 81? 4 star hotel?very disappointed

Nice hotel location with excellent breakfast selection. Had been staying there when we are in singapore Highly recommended.

Very bad experience. The bed sheet has yellowish dirt, as big as two palms. The hotel changes the bed sheet with another disgusting stuff - something like stool. I contacted the staff, they did not take care of it. Finally, it’s took 1.5 hours to change me the room and with poor excuse— the dirt is from washing machine and we are helping you. Also, the sound proof is too bad. The hotel room is noise all the time. Other tourists shout loudly from day to night, especially those with kids, screaming from their room and sound entering my room. A night mare.

The rooms are very tiny and you cannot move around very well with two people in a room. The shower was in a pathetic state with mould on the walls and shower holder. The bathroom was not very clean. We asked the staff to clean the shower and they did not. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. You rather put more money in and stay at another hotel in the city. The staff are also rude during busy times. We had a good view of the city from the room and it is close to a metro which is convenient.

The hotel is convenient, near the metro station lavender, it’s not far from Arab street and little India. All the staff is nice. I recommended it
