The room is very clean, tidy, comfortable and spacious. The service staff is also very warm and thoughtful. There is a large shopping mall and supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient. A perfect stay if you are looking to stay in an apartment. I personally prefer not staying on orchad road due to lot of public movement. But this location is just 1 Kms away from Orchad Road. Nice and calm surrounding. Have an Indian restaurant in mall and also Daily Use Store in the same mall. Overall very good experiance.

Dated rooms but clearly and literally “hear” there are some newly renovated ones on the way. Lots of construction noise during the day, something not told about until check in and money paid …. very cheeky. Made it hard to nap the kids. Definitely disappointing, unethical, leaving me to feel and like a victim of bait’n switch tactics. Location is the biggest plus. If I had to visit Singapore again, I’d choose elsewhere.

The service that i got from kfc doornpoort was beyond the 👌 best the cashier was welcoming with a warm smile...everything was perfect food clean dining area and has a good parking lot space is there..they are well trained to work with customer's

Absolutely amazing service from every single staff, from front desk to security, house keeping, maintenance, reservation team etc. All our requests have been attended promptly and with great care, which makes our stay very comfortable.

I have been staying at GWSA, on and off, for over 20 years, almost from the time it first opened. A lot has changed during this time, including most of the staff, but GWSA still maintains some attractions - a central location, over cleanliness, and the warmth of some staff members, especially those that are long-serving members

Service was impeccable. Apartment was very clean, modern and well equipped. The convenience of the washer and dryer is an added bonus. The only complaint I had is the mattress and pillows are not too comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed my 2 weeks stay there. Highly recommend to anybody looking for extended stay.
