Beware of K Hotel 12: A Disappointing Experience!
I recently stayed at K Hotel 12 in Singapore and was appalled by the experience, prompting me to warn others. Contrary to the promising photos on Trip.com, the room I was assigned bore no resemblance to what was advertised—missing basic amenities, decor, and space. It felt more like a cell than a hotel room, cramped with a distinct, unpleasant smell and just one electrical outlet for three guests.
The cleanliness and maintenance were below any reasonable standard, with visible mold on walls, broken switches, and a lack of hygiene. The bathroom facilities were dismal, and the air conditioning unit was both noisy and dysfunctional, leaking water continuously.
Moreover, the hotel engages in deceptive practices, offering $20 cashback for 5-star reviews, which misleadingly inflates its online ratings. This is not a loyalty program but a scheme to mislead potential guests.
The public spaces were also a letdown, with a pervasive disturbing odor, not at all reflecting the online images. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience of my life, significantly tarnishing our trip to Singapore.
I strongly advise against booking at this establishment unless you want your vacation ruined.
