酒店乾淨程度100分，服務員態度都係100分。位置個人感得方便，行1-2分鐘就到輕軌及環球影城，但實際視乎你想去邊度，如果去沙灘果邊玩就要搭多2個站先到。最重要一樣係每層房間數量唔多（冇記錯一層得10零間），所以等𨋢好快，走廊又唔會好嘈或者成日聽到有人經過好大聲講野。

住的是套房，在新加坡應該不算小了，和4000多的房價還是有些許差距吧～畢竟不含早餐，當然迷你吧是免費了，服務不算及時，也沒有小朋友的拖鞋，好在工作人員還算熱情友好👍泳池不大，但能滿足需求，勝在位置優越，到環球影城、水上樂園和海洋館都步行5分鐘可達，捷運站更是近距離。總的來説，雖然送了水上樂園的門票，但是如果含早餐，入住體驗會更好！

房間很老，房間門縫很大，走道的燈光透過房間門縫影響睡眠。前台服務早晚班，有的服務挺好，有的服務很一般，很冷漠，四千多的房間很沒有性價比，感覺跟國內的快捷酒店差不多。房間迷你吧上都是灰塵……小冰箱聲音很響，總之不推薦。
