The family room was great and the kids enjoyed the time at the hotel. It’s very convenient walking to Palawan and we also took the shuttle to VivoCity several times too 😊

Perfect holiday for us. Short school holiday, don't want to go overseas, Village Hotel is the perfect choice. The room is clean and staffs are friendly. Breakfast comes with a lot of varieties. Free shuttle to Beach and Vivo city. I wish the adult pool was bigger and with a jacuzzi would be perfect as now it is tailored more for families with young kids.

This is my 2nd time staying in a village hotel sentosa overall happy with the staycation but this round wasn't too happy with the over counter services as compared to the previous services !! I was not able to attend the late checkout and the special request wasn't prepared too disappointed ☹️

Booked a family room which is actually 2 connecting rooms. Enjoyed 2 toilets and 2 set of all the facilities.
Hotel is quite central on sentosa, short walk to Palawan Beach and imbiah station where you can take the tram/ cable car to various parts of sentosa.

The family room is very nice and just nice for family of 4. Very comfortable bed, service at the reception is good too.
The pool is really a big attraction and very nice.

In love with this place! Would totally come back again for a short getaway. It’s convenient with all the trams & shuttle buses that takes you to the beach and VivoCity. Lots of amenities available around. Caught the Wings of Time fireworks from the pool too.

We went swimming at the pool and went for a photo at the pool with a bar. I left w my niece and my nephew to the baby pool after the photo while my brother continue to stayed on. After 10 minutes, he realise his body starts to itch and quickly got back to us and i also noticed some spots on my nephew and niece so we left the pool. They quickly went back to shower but still felt the itch, slightly painful and heat on the red soots. Feedback to them on the day itself at 7pm + that the pool is dirty, saying that they will get back to me, but have not receive their reply since then. But still thank the receptionist for offering help at the point of time. caution when you go swim !!
