The rooms only provide bath towels. No shower cap no comb. The hot and cold water is direct from a waterlilies machine which is hygienic. The hotel does not provide complementary parking for guests. So parking charges can be almost that of the room price, something foe malaysia friends that id driving over to take note.

The hotel is generally average — it provides the bare essentials for a short stay. However, the cleanliness was unacceptable. I found a used bottle in the bathroom, which made it clear the room hadn’t been properly cleaned after the previous guest. That alone really affected my impression. On top of that, the air-conditioning was barely working — it was so warm in the room that I couldn’t sleep well. There was also no phone in the room to contact the front desk or request any assistance, which was inconvenient. The check-in process was quite slow as well. It’s not the worst place to stay, but the lack of cleanliness and poor air-conditioning made it hard to feel comfortable.

Although the hotel is rather old and in need of a renovation, the location is fantastic with close to restaurants, shopping malls and public transport.

This Hotel Supreise to me.. Its New and Good location..Beside Hotel got a famous Pasar(Pasar Lebuh Cecil) for Breakfast and Lunch.. Hotel Crew Service is Good.. Inside Hotel Got Free Coffee ( 24 Hours Free)😍😍😍😍😍and Snack..My Family Super Love this Hote.. Thanks.. Will come again..

My recent stay at the hotel was generally satisfactory. The check-in process was smooth, and I’d like to especially mention Mr Sunil at the front desk—he was courteous, efficient, and helpful throughout my visit.
The room was reasonably comfortable and met basic expectations. Overall, it was an okay stay. With some attention to housekeeping, particularly in the bathroom area, the experience could be much better.

Good place to stay in Singapore if you are travelling in public transport to explore the city!!

MRT station and Bus station are within walking distance from the hotel.

Around 300meters to Plaza Singapura.
The photos in trip.com are look better than real room.
However, everything is ok.
