The location was great but the staff cannot fulfil my request to get the queen size bed. That’s fine is the room for queen size fully booked. The more downside was I can’t sleep because the LED light flickers every few seconds when at first I thought it was lightning. So I had to sleep with the light on.

Bed and bathtub small although being upgraded to premier room.No bath towel allocated in the swimming pool.Staff told us to use the towel in the room.Staff from the front office is hesitant to give extra towels when we requested it .He even told us that the towel must be recycled (we stayed 2nights and 3days)

I wanted to share my recent experience from my four-day vacation in Singapore. Overall, it was a nice and relaxing trip.
However, I did have some issues with my accommodation. The first room I was assigned was below my expectations, so I requested a change. Thankfully, the staff was accommodating, and I was able to upgrade my room, which improved my stay.
On the downside, I found the amenities to be lacking, but I understand that not every place can have everything. Additionally, when I needed assistance booking a taxi to the airport during my departure, it took quite a while for the staff to respond, as they weren’t always available.
In summary, while Singapore was a lovely place to unwind, I felt it was more suited for simply resting rather than offering any exceptional experiences.

The breakfast selections were good, the staffs were nice. Would be much better if some refurbishment of the hotel.
Overall, its a good stay for a night.

Shady hotel with some sorts of weird rules. Room is okay as I topup to upgrade to Premier. The reason is to stay away from this noisy groups so that's why I paid for the upgrading. Overall still acceptable but I won't come back again. Basically this hotel is kind of when money talks bullshits walks

This hotel at orchardz area, you can go off at somerset MRT station exit D.. easy to find this hotel, near seven eleven, and just walking for about 10-minutes to takashimaya, tang plaza, and other busy area at orchard.. standar room, shower, free refill for water inside room.. good choice for short stay at singapore..

Even For a night or some hours is not good from my opinion . Breakfast , forget it.
