Great location: About 10 minutes walk to the nearby mall and subway station. There is a Bus stop right outside of the hotel’s main entrance.
Staff: very friendly and helpful.
The room and the bathroom are clean but very small. We stayed on the third floor. The soundproofing of the room is very bad. We heard the couples staying next room who made noise at late night. It was loud and disgusting. In addition, there had been some maintenance work going for a few days which was noisy for a few hours each day
Food: There is a small restaurant at the top floor.We went up one time and there were a lot of people. And we saw there were not enough staff to serve the people.
There is a breakfast place on the ground floor. But they are closed for lunch and breakfast.
There is a vending machine in the lobby that offers snacks and instant noodle, which is good. In addition, there are trolleys available in the entrance and you can use it to bring all luggages to your room.

Our experience was good, and for those who wanted to explore the Jurong area, this is the most strategic hotel to stay.

Location: it’s around 10-15 mins walk from MRT, not very convenient for travellers with many luggage. It’s not indoor or with shelter on the way. Luckily the weather is very good without rain upon my arrival and departure. Just that there is construction work nearby and quite dusty when walking towards MRT in the daytime.
Check in: the staff called Rainny is very friendly and helpful. We felt being warm welcomed and the whole process is very smooth.
Room: the room is bright and tidy. Two queen beds are comfy and spacious enough. The shower area is relatively small. The minibar including cup noodles and drinks inside the room is all free. We just need to fill up water from the dispenser in the corridor. The hotel emphasises environmental friendly and I can see it from the amenities and setup. I quite like the small fridge in green color. I also appreciate it has type C plug on the bedside. I would say the room setup is good for business travellers.
Swimming pool: it’s located on 2/F and not big though. We just didn’t swim much as there were quite some leaves and small stones in the pool.
Restaurant: we haven’t tried but saw one on the hotel lobby. It’s buffet style. And there is one rooftop restaurant but only open from 6am to 9pm. What a shame we had no chance to visit. For our lunch and dinner, we went to the shopping mall near MRT and there are lots of restaurants.
Overall, the stay is good. Staff including front office and housekeeping are very friendly and helpful.

The room was very small and the toilet is only for standing area for shower and cannot really move too big steps. The shower only have standing shower head and don’t have the overhead shower unit.
Inside the room is very small as well with no cabinet and only hanging rack for hanging clothes.
Don’t really like the room because it’s too small and not cosy at all.
The reception counter service wasn’t too bad except that the English cannot really much understandable with a Thai or Vietnam slang. But they are quite helpful and they helped to upgrade the room with drinks inside the fridge

Counter service is not good.
Why bring.along and show the check in voucher still cannot check in??? Need to come personally show Nric than can check in???
That means every time I booked for clients need to bring personally to your counter in order to check in??
In this case I dare not booked your hotel again.

Good and clean quite expensive and they won't let u barrow the cable charger even ur already low battery unless u leave it to the front desk...😏🤫 I trust this expensive hotel but they won't trust u even a while to barrow a charger😂 over price and toilet is so small...

Housekeeping were very polite and friendly throughout the stay. Unfortunately, the routine checks and call to the room was a tad annoying. Nonetheless, it is understandable to do so as I was informed that they do so for safety and security reasons.
Location was great as it was close to the bus stop, MRT interchange and malls. The free shuttle bus to and from RWS is also a good plus point.
Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay 👍🏼 Would recommend for the convenience 🙏🏼

Very clean & we also got free maggi 🤭, the location is great as it is very near Jurong East with lots of amenities. 2nd time booking with Genting Jurong, I love the place!
