The air from aircon is super dry and not fresh at all. Caused us to have cough, sore throat & Stuffy nose ! Can’t sleep well with the discomfort of breathing. The room is so plain & unpleasant. Time for major renovations! Will not recommend anyone to stay!

Very convenient location, close to metro and bus stop and walking distance to many tourist attractions. Rooms are quite old but clean and good size.

Great location, 10 minutes walk to Raffles, just next to metro and bus stations. Its a budget hotel, little old but overall clean nothing big to disturb. Recommended for couple of days

A good getaway sleep-in with spacious rooms. 3 major Western movie channels but only 1 foreign Asia channel (tvN). No CCTV 4, NHK, Al-Jazeera.

Nice, nice, nice. Great location in heart of Singapore. Wonder experience to be here. I want to come back again. But room is small and expensive to stay.

The room was clean and neat. Staff was friendly, location easy to find and near multiple shopping malls.

Check in was fast. Room was decent considered this is an rather old hotel. Maybe needed some renovation. Air cold not so cold but good enough still

Front desk staff was pretty helpful but the security has attitude problem and the tone of speaking and mannerism is really bad. While parking the vehicle he was really rude as he approach and told me in an unprofessional manner stating not to park at certain lots although when I entered there was only a single vehicle parked there and all other lots were either empty or there was cone. After moving my vehicle he still said some unnecessary statements which was even more irritable. The room was pretty alright but the bathroom was really a let down, the tub has stains and it was unclean. Location wise is good as it's near by dhoby ghaut, bugis and city hall.

Beautiful view! It’s very close to most of the things including MRT, bus stop, Food Dynasty and public bikes! The service is great as well!

Well to be honest I am a little bit upset. Although the location is great, the reception service is not responsive. The problem is there's no really hot water for shower and maybe because the amenities are too old. I am not enjoying actually and may not consider in the future.
