The rooms in this hotel are extremely damp, dark and humid. The quilts are wet, and the towels are wet even when you sleep on them. I changed two rooms and they were both so dark, damp and cold. I had nightmares every day when I lived in them. It is not suitable for human habitation at all.

I temporarily decided to travel to Singapore for a week's vacation, and chose Wensland Hotel. After checking in, I was very happy, and the sanitation and environmental services were satisfactory. Because it is inconvenient to bring children, it is actually redundant. The hotel also has a swimming pool, suitable for parents to accompany their children to swim together. Because the location is in the bustling area of Orchard Road, it is very happy to go shopping and dine in a large comprehensive shopping mall across the road.

Convenient and quiet

This is definitely a hidden gem. If not for a thorough search online for accommodations near Orchard, I would not have found this place as you can't book for very short stays. Well furnished, less than 2 minutes to Orchard and MRT, super cozy.

Me and my cat totally enjoyed our stay at Lanson Place. It was a last minute find as my house is going through renovation and faced some hiccups with my previous booking. All the service staff including the housekeepers were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Housekeeper, Letchmy has made us feel like our room is well taken care of. At one point my room’s sink kept choking and she has assisted to contact the technical team to help me fix it after she tried. Couldn’t be more appreciative especially staying alone and handling a pet is difficult. The room was kept clean and neat. The other service staff has also been very nice to us. First few days of our stay, my cat was under much stress due to the move but come to get used to the space and the staff there. Location wise, very convenient to town where I can get my groceries or even last minute snacks from shops that are opened 24/7. Really enjoyed ourselves there. Thank you Lanson Place and all staff who attended to us. Will definitely come back for another stay and recommend all pet owners who are looking for a temporary place during house renovations or any moves.

I stayed at Lanson Place for 1 year and can truly say this was the BEST decision & a home away from home. Everything from the staff, service, cleanliness, and attention to detail was superb. I was in awe of the consistency in service throughout my stay. The staff are excellent - always willing to share recommendations, ideas, the history of Singapore, or just being a friendly face. They are always there for you. Lanson Place organizes many events to celebrate local holidays such as Diwali, Chinese New Year, and much more - they incorporate guests to get a taste of local cultures. This is such a unique offering and a great way to meet other guests. Location-wise, there are 2 nearby MRT stations and a bus stop, and you are steps away from Orchard Rd. There are also lots of food options and parks nearby. I HIGHLY recommend Lanson Place - whether a short trip or an extended stay in Singapore, you will not regret it. Can't wait to go back!

It was my first time and my mom to visit singapore to have a vacation and it was a blast! I would like first to thank Ms. Linda Ng for accomodating us with our stay as an Lanson Place employee here in Manila. Secondly, Hakim! Even though we arrived late in the evening, He was accomodating and knowledgable in regards with our room amenities aswell. Regards also to Gilbert, Ashok and i forgot to get the name to the one other guy who was on Gy shift, he is very friendly. Will definitely vist again soon and we hope we could get upgraded again aswell. ✌

I had a very wonderful and relaxing stay at lanson winsland. The staff were friendly and the room was nice, with a city view. It was cool and comfortable. Thank you and kudos to the staff. The surroundings were clean and in order. Front desk staff were very helpful and assisted me very well

My parents have known the Landson Place for a while and this was my first experience. They have treated us with excellency and care. Any complaints or requests they will attend quickly and arrange a solution. The rooms are spacious and provide everything you may need. I recommend this place if you’re coming with family or just as a couple. They do provide with a gym which is small but fine, if you like boxing there is a boxing area as-well a pool area with outstanding views as-well from your room.

excellent stay, the room is clean. Mr.Mike Chan made our stay memorable and extend their hospitality to us during our short stay. Location is ideal as it is near orchard road where you can find lots of restaurants and malls. Definitely will be staying here again in the future.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Landon Place in Singapore with our little one. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure our family felt comfortable throughout our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a crib for our child, which was a thoughtful touch.The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions just a short walk or ride away. One of the highlights was the swimming pool, where we spent a lot of time. Overall the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to families traveling with children and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Singapore!

Very lovely stay, my family members very enjoy their stay, very convenient location just 1 min walk to the Orchard Road, all the shops department store are nearby, MRT station, all staffs are warm welcoming whenever you are passing by, they will greet you by name, I really felt “make yourself at home” Lanson Place Winsland, salute to everyone, especially Mike, his hospitality is above beyond.

impeccable services and attitude of the staff at the reception counter, good facilities in particular the launderette, good location close to a number of malls and MRT, room cleannesses require improvements overall i sincerely recommend this property to other travellers

Lanson Place Winsland is a very beautiful property. The room is so spacious and you get everything you need from doing your own laundry to cooking your own food. The employees are very warm and accommodating. We were taken cared of from the day of arrival to departure. I appreciate the personalized card from the Residence Manager, Mr. Mike Chan. You also have to look for Yin Yin, the Asst Manager. She is very helpful. Our travel around the city had been wonderful with her assistance. We will definitely come back!!!
