Nice place, but I would probably choose elsewhere next time. The location is a hotspot for many hostels, but for this one, the entrance to the building looks dodgy and run down. Once at the 2nd level. You have to leave your shoes outside. Reception was nice and clean, so is the room. The room only provides bunk beds, lockers and power outlets. that's it! My problem of this place is the bathroom. it is shared among 20 other people with 1 toilet and 2 shower rooms. As some reviews have pointed out, the shower head holder in one of the shower rooms is broken. Both shower rooms hot water makers are broken, and the general cleanliness of this area makes me slightly uncomfortable. Spend a little more elsewhere, and you'll probably get a more elevated experience.

I stayed here last year in august. Shower head was broken and still broken. Place overally clean, good internet. They provide only free clean water and kitchen. Towels rented, no soap or anything. Beds clean and neat. Locker is enough, No blindfold at the corners of bed. Would stay again 7/10

Too early checkouts ,collecting unnessary deposits ,charges for basic toiletries and towels too and too small 4bed dorms and cots r too outdated making noises and shaking all the night if ur fellow travelers tilt sides on sleep ...made a req for lower bed think not considered ..except wifi and aircon nothing is worthy

It's One of the best budget hotel in Singapore for Back packer/Solo Traveler. Also budget friendly... Their stuff also very friendly specially there is a fat guy. He's so funny & good. Also Recommended one of Indian guy work here in the Morning. He's also good.But one of other guy who work here is very rude.I don't like that guy. Their check in time is 3 p.m But if you come earlier,don't need to worry! There are 5-6 seater bed in Lobby. You can take rest & sleep also. Female traveler are advise to book "Female Mixed Bed" Thank you Everyone

It was actually good hotel for solo trip. I booked it by see the review. So review is very important. That's why I did review after stay.

It's a reasonable place if you're on a budget and like that backpacker lifestyle, but I think it is a little too rough and rugged for any families interested in staying. For the shower rooms, the stall for the shower is right next to the stall for the toilet so it can get stinky especially since it's a shared toilet. There are no windows in the room and it's easy to feel dizzy due to the lack of ventilation, the common area is nice and breezy though. The ceiling fan is way too close to the top of the bunk bed, any lanky fellows or parents of mischievous children should be wary. The beds seemed clean but on closer inspection there was a bed bug on the wall. All in all, I took the risk due to the raving reviews on this platform but I have been left disappointed and will be cautious of booking hotels solely based on reviews.

First time in the hostel, I didn't like it. I will try to avoid it. It is a very noisy area.

The staff members were quite courteous and helpful. Living in this hostel for four days gave me the opportunity to meet Norwegians, Austrians, Indians, Singaporeans, two Malaysians, and an American, and they became my friends. The toilets were clean and working well. I'd check in this hostel again when I'm in the area of Bandermere MRT, Lavender Road, and Thyrwytt Road.
