Gotten the highest floor of the hotel. Nice view of the airplane runway. Very clean and comfy room. Very convenient.

Booked a room with a runway view, but the staff said the room is “fully occupied” and offered me a so called “upgrade”. But the only reason I book this hotel is to do plane spotting so I rejected the “offer”. After insisting, the staff finally said he can find a room available. Other than that, the hotel is fine, excellent location and buffet breakfast . Will stay here again despite the not so satisfied check-in experience.

Big spacious room overlooking the pool! Plane sounds were fortunately diffused by the walls. Many eateries and stores nearby open as early as 6am and 24hr convenience stores present!
Cons are that the closet area is dingy and oddly designed and the toilet has no bidet.
Booked this room to attend a friend’s wedding nearby!

Sooooo convenient. A real treat for a layover. Would stay again. Fab location(walking distance to terminals and to the Jewel shopping mall). Very efficient check in, top level customer service all round. Really good breakfast included in my room rate ( streaky Bacon and focaccia a highlight). Thank you for the free upgrade to a junior suite!

- room and hotel has lovely architecture
Negatives
- tv quite small (40 inch)
- can still hear the sound of the planes and from the walkway outside the room
- no automated curtains
- rooms show signs of wear and tear
- some of the fittings feel a little cheap

It is located on the same floor of arrival hall and only a few steps away once we land at terminal 3.
The MRT is also in terminal 3 of Changi Airport which makes it so easy to commute to the city.
Lots of restaurants in basement 2 and also a supermarket if you need drinks or snacks. We are able to push our airport trolley of luggage directly to our room. Really excellent!
