I must strongly advise against staying here tbh. They only clean the place rarely, and even then they don’t even bring new towels. There is very loud construction ongoing in the building, mold on the walls, etc. Hard avoid!

The location was excellent, being conveniently near the subway station. However, the service response needs significant improvement. My TV was not working for three days, and despite multiple requests, no one addressed the issue. Additionally, a roommate left takeaway food in the common area for five days, and it remained uncleaned until my checkout. This lack of prompt service detracted from the overall experience.

入住體驗感非常差，酒店從未告知如何使用廚房及電器設備，且廚房脱排油煙機設計不合理，導致本人手被燙傷。後續與酒店溝通非常困難，至今沒給予道歉。攜程工作人員積極處理此事，讓人稍許安慰！

客服是真拉 協商的沒有解決就把人刪了 白花錢去了才發現不算酒店 算是一個大房間中的一個小房間那樣 旁邊緊挨着還有兩間房有公共區域直接換酒店了

噪音非常大：外面道路車輛的噪音太吵了！
隔音很差：內部完全不隔音，旁邊房間手機震動能聽見，開水龍頭能聽見！
每天晚上被吵到幾乎要1點後才能入睡，早上又六七點就被各種噪音吵醒，睡眠效果極差！
沒有服務：與其説服務差，不如説根本就沒有服務！
衞生差：期待已久的所謂一週一次搞衞生，結果衹是進來拿了一袋垃圾走。我有兩垃圾，卻衹拿走一袋。其餘完全就沒搞衞生， 因為有人進來過，地板反而更臟，反而還帶了其他垃圾進來。
小氣：我們住一週，衹給一卷紙巾。終於聯繫上客服，説會給我們送紙巾，結果到了晚上都沒送，再聯繫，就説忘了。終於送來了，結果衹給一卷，我説給多兩卷吧，不然還得找你們，況且還那麼難找，結果服務員説衹能給一卷。
我的天呀！
我第一次給酒店寫差評呢。
