We wanted to have an experience nearer to home. The stay was just too short. Wish have more time to explore more spots. Overall highly recommended for one who want to explore nature and same time a holiday away from home.

Overall the stay cation was fantastic . However , the navigations around the areas is a little complicated and far . I will rate overall 8/10 for the stay . A lot of improvements have to be made

Gave location 5* even though it is at mandai because this information is already known prior to booking.
The reservoir facing room has great view and is very comfortable. Able to hear nature without the worry of insects entering the room as there is mosquito net protection. Awesome for city people like us!

Perfect resort for family staying nearby rainforest and zoo. Breakfast buffet was magnificent with lots of variety! Would definitely recommend ◡̈

I had a wonderful stay at 2 different type of hotel. once is hotel room 4430 and Mandai Tree 2504 . The staff were exceptionally warm attentive and always ready to help with a smile. From Check in to Check out. It make be want to come back again .

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Mandai Rainforest Resort. The resort’s landscaping is absolutely stunning, with a lush blend of trees and greenery that makes you feel as though you’ve stepped into a rainforest. The service staff were warm and welcoming. I particularly enjoyed the well-equipped gym, and the breakfast spread was both varied and delicious. Sipping champagne during breakfast feels so indulgent. In the evenings, the natural chorus of insects created a magical backdrop as we relaxed and played pool in the common area- immersive experiences I won’t forget. The only downside was my Sanctuary Double Double room. It was advertised with a view of the lake/reservoir, but the view was largely obscured by foliage. Having paid a premium for this category, I couldn’t help but feel shortchanged. Despite this, my overall experience was memorable and thoroughly enjoyable.

Mandai Rainforest Resort is fantastic choice for families with young children who love nature, animals, and unique experiences. Nice lake/garden view from hotel rooms and good variety for the buffet breakfast with Champagne provided. Kids love the indoor and outdoor kids club also the infinity pool. There are more newly opened restaurants nearby.

Beautiful resort! The location is peaceful and surrounded by nature, with a stunning design. The only thing is that it’s a bit far from the city center, so it depends on whether you’re looking to fully disconnect from the urban hustle. Definitely recommended!
