Amazing service from front desk to the restaurant. Hard to believe that this was a four star hotel. The hotel decor is so chic and friendly. Love the vibe of the hotel. Highly recommend.

This is like walking into a Wes Anderson movie set. It is amazing. Beautiful interior and furnishing. Staffs are always smiley and friend, ready to speak. After checking in, you can scan the QR code and get access to other room services by chatting on Whatsapp, super fast and convenient.
Bathroom is super bright and cheerful. Excellent water pressure and hot water when showering.
No bidet, which is quite inconvenient.
The other downer is that the pillows are TOOOOOOOO soft. it's almost flat after lying on it.
Otherwise, everything is almost perfect and I will be back next time.

I like it as it is new and stylish. Great location as it’s tucked away from busy area yet very near to that. Swimming pool is lovely.
However I probably won’t come back. The room is very small and if you choose non pool view it’s a normal view as it’s not in the location for skyline or anything. Again it is a lovely and nice hotel but not for the dollar you spend- highest floor is 8.
