The room was on level 1 which is ground floor. It was a nicely setup room. Although, I’ve never slept in a hotel room with a full size, always lit EXIT sign which some people would struggle to sleep with. Anyone someone flushed the toilet or took a shower you could hear the water running as the waste pipe was in the vent in the ceiling.
Vending machine outside was useful, $1.30SGD for a drink.

Room was decent, has kitchen and everything that is needed as if it’s an apartment. few grievances were that no tissues were provided, the king bed was actually 2 singles hidden under a big mattress cover, and the table area was a small coffee table unlike the listed picture. kitchen and toilet sink are one, and the aircon had some bad condensation against the wall due to placement. i also suggest for people to check out on time as housekeeping is pretty punctual.
otherwise, still a passable and decent stay.

Cleanliness - 4/5 - The room was very clean. However, when we entered there was a pool of water on the floor since the freezer in the fridge had defrosted as the power had been off.
Location - 5/5 - We were looking for a hotel within walking distance of NUS and this suited our needs.
Service - 2/5 - Check in was straightforward. Not sure which category to classify this but there was a power outage during our stay which made things quite inconvenient and there was no communication from the staff about it. The emergency light was on in our room most of the night which made the stay quite uncomfortable.
Amenities - 5/5 - The provided a lot of amenities, like cooking facilities, toothbrush and toothpaste, and a shaving kit. It was very good.

Love the room ! The room is spacious to me and worth the price paid for with the washing machine, cooker and microwave as to compared to normal hotels. Would definitely come back here always! Thank you to the hotel team for being very responsive and responsible.

I think the location is residential and nice to walk around
But not sure why my room is so noisy? The ceiling hole has constant sound disrupting my sleep and hotel didn’t want to move me to another room even tho I said I don’t mind downgrade
Hotel room has nice design but is spoiled by the lack of cleaning . Cleaning was badly done ; when I went to room, lots of ants on table (turns out they didn’t even wipe the table), the bedsheet is extremely dirty with hair and stains , and hotel toilet shower they didn’t bother to take out the hair. Lots of previous guests hair in toilet floor and room, causing oblockage in shower. Housekeeping disturb me at 9 am despite me not yet check out.
I think should change the house keeping team and also improve professionalism on flexiblity.
