We reserved a twin bedroom, and they assigned us a room at the end of the corridor. It was odd that the shower area had a window, and the curtain didn't completely cover it on either side, making it possible to see through while showering. We couldn't accept this and asked for a solution or a room change. Initially, the reception staff mentioned that all twin bedrooms were the same, but ultimately, they couldn't resolve the issue and moved us to another twin bedroom without a window, which turned out to be much better.

Absolutely loved my stay! The staff were all so warm and friendly, making me feel truly welcome. The room was impeccably clean, and the amenities were well-stocked. I’d definitely come back!

Super service, perfect location, modern design! Love everything about this hotel. The coffee robot at lobby was very cool. Room size is decent, would be nice if bed can be king size.
Will definitely come again if we travel to Singapore.

Very relaxing stay at Como, feels like a mini resort. Love the infinity pool, toiletries provided. There is everything in the room which is good and a lot healthy snacks.
