It was an excellent stay! We got a free upgrade to suite too, for one of the rooms! They helped recovered some items that was left in the room after the checkout too! The room was spacious and clean! Air conditioner was strong too. Staffs all were helpful and friendly, greeted with a smile. Breakfast was delicious too, nice variety of food. Thank you for the nice, comfortable and excellent stay! My whole big family loved the stay!

Modern, clean, and comfortable hotel in a quiet yet convenient location. The room was stylish with a glass-walled bathroom, rain shower, and cozy bed. Great amenities, friendly staff, and easy access to Orchard Road. A solid choice for both business and leisure stays.

Accor has two brands on this site, Novotel and Mercure. The Novotel lobby is under renovation so you have to go in through the Mercure lobby and then up to the temporary Novotel reception on the second floor.

Overall it's a nice hotel with a pool and quiet surroundings. However variety of breakfast not a lot. Drinks option too. However there are a few restaurants at ground level and 711 too. Enjoyed the stay and will stay again.

Hotel is under renovation but the room assigned is at far corner so not noisy. Nice clean room. Overall satisfied for short staycation.

Check in was delay but got a free upgrade but sadly the room wasn’t clean throughly. Some of the use necessities was still around.
But still service was good. After all is a 5 star hotel.
Breakfast was good.
